...it's called a Douf ( doof ) middle eastern...sometimes they have 'little rings inside the rim to give a jingle sound -i don't think it is a REMO drum as it does not have the REMO stamp on the skin - there is a guy we call copperman who makes them in Europe - you can find them on-line the diameter is usually 22" or bigger, I just had a look online and I believe it to be the Glen Velez Series Handance Drum, the one with the red thread around the frame - google Cooperman Frame Drum Shop on-line - and have a look there - best wishes Namaste 🙏
