The Pacific Northwest part of Washington State is very beautiful. We are close to Seattle but not far from awesome beaches and mountains.

how long a walk from parking lot before you get on the beach asking for my Mom TY ?

The Rialto Beach parking lot is located almost immediate beside the beach. A short flat walk of a few yards will put you on the beach. So your mom should have no problem getting there. Have a great time.
