電飯煲日式鰻魚飯
材料:
急凍浦燒鰻魚(有醬汁)1塊
珍珠米1.5膠嘜
雞蛋1隻
雜豆1碗
程序:
1. 在電飯煲內,加入洗淨的白米,先煮飯。
2. 鰻魚,室溫解凍。
3. 雜豆,清水解凍。
4. 雞蛋,打在細碟上。
5. 雜豆,已解凍,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碗內,加入大滾水淥一淥,再擎乾水,放細碟上。
6. 鰻魚,拆開包裝袋。
7. 放鰻魚在飯面,加入雞蛋及雜豆。
8. 電飯煲再煮8分鐘左右。
9. 完成,裝好飯,同時放鰻魚、雞蛋及雜豆,在大碟上。
10. 可享用。
Eel donburi with rice cooker:
Ingredients:
Frozen eel (with seasoning) 1 No.
Pearl rice 1.5 measure cup
Egg 1 No.
Mixed vegetables 1 bowl
Steps:
1. Put rinsed plain rice in rice cooker. Start cooking.
2. Frozen eel, defrost in room temperature.
3. Mixed vegetables, defrost in tap water.
4. Egg, beat on a small plate.
5. Mixed vegetables, have been defrosted, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put in a bowl. Add in boiled~up water, soak for a while. Drain again. Put on a small plate.
6. Eel, remove plastics.
7. Put eel on top of rice, add in egg and vegetables as well.
8. Cook for about 8 minutes with rice cooker.
9. Complete. Put rice on plate. Put eel, egg and vegetables on plate at the same time.
10. Serve.
