SpeakerKnockerz Passed Away 10 Years Ago Since we've been on the topic of "fake rappers" recently, I wanted to give flowers to one of the realest from soundcloud, SpeakerKnockerz who passed away 10 years ago, yesterday(the day I recorded this video) To give you an idea of how "real" bro was, here's a tweet from helloyassine I copy pasted: Speaker Knockerz passed away 10 years ago but I don't think a lot of people realize how impressive his accomplishments were. The guy did everything, he was replying under people's twitter replies, trying to get beats to everyone from French Montana to Meek Mill until the latter and Gucci Mane decided to link up with him and take the beats. He literally got it out the mud; from SOUTH CAROLINA (What rappers since then have even come out of SC? Answer is none) Homemade music videos with minimal budgets, self production, rapping himself, and just took over organically. So much so that even though he passed away at 19 and barely got to experience his success, an entire generation of new artists shout him out keeping his name alive, take heavy inspiration from his sound, The likes of Lil Tecca, Kevin Gates, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Nav, and so many more. He didn't even blow up in the "golden age" of self made independent soundcloud rappers 2014-2018, he made it when it was so much harder in that transitory phase. Legend.
@@user-qb9lo1sk9z A label promoting your shit is alot different then changing your person completely to be more appealing to an audience. dude has videos of him getting slapped around in the school bathroom by white kids lmao. also if your labels faking your streams then youre an industry plant
Crazy he getting called a plant went to a lone show at start of the year n felt goofy asf when rich took over in monthly listeners and my friends started bumping him i hat to take another L
@@stepbrosai6488 ain’t mean it like that lmao nah like on Apple Music there’s a personalized radio station that’s introduces you to new music based on your most listened to artist / recent plays.
@@vizualproduction7703People are allowed to know other people just cuz someone famous doesn’t mean they don’t know anyone that isn’t famous. You’ve gotta be a child.
future definitly does drugs. he does every drug you can think of, I met one of his artist Double O in jail in fort lauderdale fl and he told me future does every drug you can imagine and has wild sex parties
I was listening to this guy at 200k spotify listeners. I think he worked hard to get to where he is honestly. And his music isn't so bad to say he isn't good.
@@fiftyonemark kenji makes a great music, there are so many songs by him that I just had on repeat I don't give a fuck if his label inflated his streams; he's the kind of artist where if he was independent and I came across him making the same music I'd still listen
Yeah i been listening to dro kenji for 3ish years and met him after a show earlier this year, he definitely has real fans cause he sold the venue out and had a line of people waiting in the cold to meet him after
Thats why the underground rap blogs nowadays are cringe like bruh back in the No Jumper days u would never hear adam22 blatantly disrespect every single artist in the scene to this degree. Like c'mon do y'all really think Rishav fashr listen to underground rap? The scene is parasocial now we got niggas who don't even got the artist they speak about on they playlist. I almost guarantee u homie barely listen to music past 2022
it wouldve been ok if it was just music, but bro was down with faking his entire character, down to his voice, nd down to his name.....and was in agreement with botting his music to appear much more than what he was....
I wish you actually used facts and substance in your claims. You just keep repeating the same phrases in three different ways , "is he botting and faking streams? yes its pretty much confirmed. did you look at the spike? im a youtuber so i can tell". While this COULD all be true, you shouldn't say - YES. He is botting views followed by its PRETTY MUCH confirmed. Unless you aren't here to create factual news content and don't care about viewer or topic criticism. Still good insight on the backstory of Rich Amiri 🤟
ian never rlly fw him but rich amiri been doin ts n he ain’t js come outta nowhere he ain’t no industry plant if niggas rlly knew the underground they would kno
Ppl have liked his songs and they ain’t even ever listened to him before also how he got 12m monthly listeners? I’m convinced only underground nerds have ever actually listened to more than 1-2 of his songs
at the end of the day does it really matter, all the underground is cap besides a very small few, hell, half of them have child touching women beating allegations and y'all don't hold them this accountable. bots his streams? so does literally everyone else, his label just overdid it. sounds like future? it's not like y'all favorite vampire rapper hasn't been copying future lately, but y'all sweep it under the rug because "he's the goat". and before you call me a salty rich amiri fan i literally don't have a single rich amiri song on my playlist besides 2 from "for the better" his 2022 album that has a more melodic sound to it.
The reason people like him is cause of the music. Hopefully he goes the Lil tecca route of being more transparent about his softness cause that'd help his narrative cohesion, but ultimately, if he keeps dropping bangers he'll keep being successful.
i've only heard his name a few times, checked out the most streamed song, never heard it. it shocked me how many streams it has and how many monthly listeners he has compared to people like lone, ken, lucki, hardrock, summrs, autumn and others in that kind of scene who have been a lot more prominent than him for awhile.
at the end of the day idgaf but ppl are weird for tryna expose him cs they dont like him bc if they did like him they would not expose him and we would not know the stuff we know now
idk why people be mad that he faked his government name? do people forget how sick and weird the internet is lol 💀💀 the person who found his real name and highschool photo just proved my point. bro went out of his way just to find the guys name and even got a photo of when he was a child..its honestly understandable
Can we stop making fun of Rich Amiri? He's an authentic artist... There's nothing fake about him and he never claimed to be a gangster... let's just appreciate his growth
rich amiri started being a popping rapper for years he’s never been in college. 2.) ofc people gonna “confirm” him faking streams 3.) rich amiri have dozens of songs with a million+ streams 4.) jace has been known for trying to defame artists although it’s fake evidence 5.) internet money doesn’t bot streams and dro kenji has fans and so does rich amiri and they both do shows 😂 bro you’re hopping on a train
20:16 okay this point was a little bit goofy when he originally premiered what it cost he tagged Michelle Obama because that's what the name of the future song was he was very open with it being inspired by the future leak, It's the same way how autumn dropped can't rent with the future flow people just wanted to capitalize on it at the time because future wasn't going to drop that song
I remember when him and Jace were beefing, and Jace “exposed” him for supposedly talking to minors, and Amiri posted hella stories crying and telling Jace to stop. That alone showed he wasn’t about that life
This is so funny because i literally noticed the other day, when reading Rich Amiri’s Bio on Spotify with suspicion of Chatgpt type writing 😂😂 if you literally copy and paste it into an Ai essay checker it’ll literally say Ai generated content 😂🤦♂️🤦♂️
Bro acting like Internet Money hasn't been pushing these guys out for the last 7 years. Juice, Trevor Daniel, Lil Tecca, TyFontaine, Dro Kenji, Rot Ken, Rich Amiri... It's no surprise they find these small artists and use them as "industry plants" thats their entire marketing strategy. I enjoy I.M. music a lot so not mad about it but it's just the truth behind how they blow up.
Rich Amiri is not an industry plant because he has genuine connections in the underground but he probably has industry connections at both, but it’s impossible to deny his come up was at least partially organic
@@xlxfx it doesn’t matter. I haven’t heard one song by him and I still knew about him before he had real clout, but maybe it’s cuz I’m tapped in w underground
this is season 3 of fash1r, past the old video documentary's, past the slop, now we are at actual longer/higher quality content about underground music
ive been following chase since 2022 when he dropped chase nd every song he drops he gets bigger and bigger and with codeine crazy and aint nun becoming tiktok songs he skyrocketted so i dont think hes a plant his label js pushed his agenda crazy and it worked
who cares what he did to get popular who cares if hes "about that life" the dude make good ass music thats all that matters ive been listening to dude since 2021
I have no idea who this is the song One Called played when using Spotifys DJ AI feature and it seemed nice so I clicked his name and saw 12.2 Million monthly listeners. I found it odd that I’ve never heard of the dude which is even more odd cause I listen to similar artists like Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, Yeat etc and most of them don’t even have 10mill monthly listeners other than yeat of course. I’m not really gonna hate on the guy cause after discovering him I actually like some of his music but it’s just odd that he’s already so big at least stat wise since there are tons of other artists that you’d think are bigger than Rich Amiri but there not stat wise at least. For example to me Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely seem or are bigger artists at least to me but turns out stat wise they are not which is kind of crazy to me
I’ve been listening to him since 200k cause me and my friend liked this one song before he blew up I even saw him at a tecca concert 2 weeks ago. (Hard asf) but I do think his streams are botted sadly. Since the concert 2 weeks ago he had 8.7 million and now has 11.1 million which is just simply not possible with 1 song blowing up so need for speculation but he is a talented performer in person and not an industry plant
Good video fr bro you’re super consistent, 10KProjects / Internet Money is definitely botting him, they even botted summrs SIMW album streams on soundcloud and confirmed it was the label who did it. Like you said “if someone does it multiple times, why wouldn’t they do it again”, so true. Lastly, Rich Amiri takes criticism and stuff like this very poorly and cries so just be careful they might try and take this video down. Much love, good video bro.
Bro You need to read a book or something or take your time and actually edit these videos you just keep fumbling words you straight up got tiktok brain
I don’t get why artists need labels, I literally created my own label, I’m an independent artist with 2 RU-vid channels with over 11k subscribers, promo my own shit, these rappers lost
i was suspicious as someone who has listened to rich amiri before this song "blew up", beforehand he was way less successful, then all the sudden one day i see this song released, and he's suddenly looking like a big rapper based on his monthly listeners
I mean for me he makes a style that i listen to regularly and i like his thing and all but i feel like naming a song exactly like a future one is crazy😂
Tbh i dont really care anymore if someone is an industry plant or not. As long as i get music thats fire everythings fine to me and personally i really enjoy rich amiris discography and found other songs from him that i like besides One Call
Brother the amount of hate on this video is fucking HILARIOUS. Love your vids tho buddy you're fire!! Edit: Just got to the end there was def more hate towards the beginning than the end.
The thing about this is its how the current industry dos to upcoming artist cuz its getting repetitive be it botting views or not he did have his fan base growing and growing
my overall thought is who cares really, the music is good, regardless the music industry is corrupted. He still gone make music, and some people still gonna listen.
