Rich Bride Poor Bride episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at 3PM EST With two weeks until the big day, bride Trudy struggles to contain her wedding's bloated budget and massive guest list.
My rule for weddings: If you're going to "show off your son" and "want a traditional wedding", make sure you're paying for it! If not, the couple gets the final say. Also, it's a lot easier to have a "budget, but elegant" wedding today because of the internet. There's TONS of sites offering affordable, very nice wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and other accessories to cut down on costs.
The wedding planner is calm and very much on point. The bride however has demand issues that I felt should have been addressed. She left everything to late, never showed up for scheduled appointments. Totally not acceptable when she is demanding punctuality from everyone else.
It always amazes me that the couples on this show will give an budget amount of let's say... $40,000... and the venue costs $29,000 by itself, and then they're not worried about going over budget ( especially when at least one of them what everything including a live volcano, herds of elephants and a cake the size of the Eiffel Tower)... LOL, LOL, LOL!🤣😂😜😁
This is unbelievable! I know it's a special day but surely it's about the marriage and commitment not the wedding itself. Our's cost less than £200 in all. And it was the best day. Reg office, Caravan in Cornwall for a honeymoon, fishnchips and champagne in a pub and photos on the beach. Dress £20 off Ebay. 2 witnesses. We had a great day. And no debts afterwards.
It seems like that's what happens when you make it all about the wedding instead of the marriage. And with the way Society pressures couples to provide nothing less than extravagance, I can understand the stresses of today's wedding planning.
When I got married I did a court house wedding and a cook out I spent 500$ food 200 and court house was 300 and my aunt got a cake that everyone was to drink to eat lol lol lol
Because the bride went with designer/top of the line for everything. If she didn't the couple may have gone only slightly over their budget not A LOT as they actually did.
I like watching all the weddings but the amount of money some of them spend It’s ridiculous you could put a nice down payment on a house or buy a brand new car
So bride is a bridezilla and yet did not freak out about her makeup and missing brows on her wedding day? 🤷♀️ you would think she would care about looking like crap on her "big day" 😳😬😑
I would have told the party crashers they weren’t invited by the bride & grown. ; n to go speak to whomever invited them, to ask the inviter which restaurant the Inviter was taking THEM to! Clearly that person wanted to Impress on the groom’s dime!
