I can do you one better (worse) than that. I know of two girls (both ethnic living in a western country), that were friends with previous girlfriends of mine, who got ran through by a bunch of guys then had surgery to fix their hymen (called hymenoplasty), told the next guy they were a virgin and made the poor chumps wait until marriage. I think this shows a lack of understanding of the Christian view. There's a difference between forgiveness and consequences. If you forgive someone who committed a horrible crime that doesn't mean you believe that they should be let out of prison. You can forgive someone and believe in justice at the same time. The two aren't incompatible. Also, choosing a spouse is different than how you are called to treat everyone. If some guy with a long history of serious mental health problems becomes a Christian I believe everyone should forgive him but that doesn't mean I expect girls to feel comfortable marrying him. The standards we have to choose spouses are high. For example we should forgive non believers but that doesn't mean we should marry them.

We need to have a little education on forgiveness. Forgiveness is NOT an erasing of the consequences of one's past. If I murder someone, I can be forgiven for the act, but the person who I killed is not coming back to life; he stays dead. If you sleep with 100 dudes, yes, you can be forgiven before God and men but that does NOT make your actions undone. You still did them and the children, STDs, emotional damage etc doesn't magically vanish. The cause and effect of your choices are never undone. Seeking forgiveness from God and men is necessary step on the path to change in one's life but it isn't a magic delete button. Dead people stay dead. Can a seriall killer be forgiven? Yes. But you don't then go out and buy him a gun and a bag of zip ties. The same I'd true for men and women with sexual pasts. You can forgive a women who has slept with 1000 dudes and done OF but you don't then run out and put a ring on her. Choices like OF take years of good choices to undo in one's life.

The book of Leviticus doesn't say you can't have tattoos it says you can't have any of pagan or satanic images. This man clearly doesn't understand how to read or interpret sacred Scripture (I'm not judging him or anything) and is thus interpreting everything literally, when in reality were supposed to look at yes from a literal point but also from a contextual point because lets be honest if we took everything in the bible word for word then we would all be very confused and for good reason.
