it's been so long without enforcement, people think they need a memo first to follow the laws =)) ridiculous. and as far as i'm concerned, they just need his licence for them to issue a ticket. It is his first fine which is probably a smaller fine compared to his car being towed.
Filipinos, when they migrate to other countries, they followed the rules of the country's rule of law without question. The Flips in the Philippines are different because they live in “who you know and who you blow.” Filipinos still carry the ‘Spanish aristocracy’ mentality when their nose is flat.😂
Para sa akin,minsan may exemption din po sana...kung makukuha sa maayos na pag uusap...sana sa mga traffic enforcer po din sana ay hindi lng manghuhuli agad-agad...mag sisilbing guide din po nmn sila sa kalsada...dhl may mga driver din talaga na nag-iingat,nag aalangan,dhl hindi kabisado ang kalsada..sana po may time din minsan magpatawad lalo na sa mga probinsyanong driver...hindi naman cguro ikakababa ng dignidad ung mabigyan ng chance ang mga accidentally or unintentional na pagkakamali...pero saludo ako prinsipyo ni Sir MMDA...
Explain the violations...If no license and a parking violation, issue tickets and tow the vehicle. Keep the violator nonsense plea at a minimum, it slows down productivity. Let the violator plea his case in traffic court. This violator thinks they can talk their way out. They should be dealt swiftly and pay their violations.
Dapat ganito lahat ng enforcer hindi yung wala kang violation tatanungin mo violation mo sasabihin basta amin na lisensya dapat kapag namara sasabihin violation. Always keep it the good job sir.
There’s a memo to the school where to unload and load passengers, there’s a sign no loading and unloading, the driver ignore that sign he was caught, the driver refuses to show his license, tow the vehicle , give the driver a citation, diving without a license, because of his argument he wasted too much time of the enforcer, obstruction to the flow of traffic, ass hole guy
That driver just can't get it into his head that his license WOULDN'T get confiscated. He still thinks that if he hands his license over to the enforcer, it will not be returned to him and he would have to go to the LTO to get it back. He probably experienced that so many times before.
That attitude of that driver doesn't work here in my place in Toronto. I drive every single day, and if a police officer stops you you have to keep still and put your hands on the stirring wheel.
Arguing is for the court. The side of the road is merely to accept the state wants to make a charge against you and you are only acknowledging a date has been set for the argument. It's not a difficult concept but some Americans still don't get it.

Ang kulang sa pinas mga warning signs sa kalsada...bubulagain ka na lang na may violation ka. Maganda talaga ung may sistema, pero kasama sa sistema ang paglalagay ng warning signs.
If you will listen to the driver, he has somewhat saying some cause for concern. The rules are not consistent, it should be followed 24/7 and not just on a special day. That is what lacking on government, the consistent implementation such as no smoking no littering to name some. On bigger side, what happen to the corruption cases open during senate hearings...nothing due to lack of will to implement the laws. I am not into the driver, we should listen to his arguments and made some adjustments.

Is there even any signs there saying no unloading? It's very easy to see how he could not have received a memo, he said it was given to parents but this guy isn't a parent, just a driver.
Masama talaga ugali nyan… I was apprehended for a mistake and I was calm enough and apoligised. The enmforcer was kind enough to guide me since he learned I was a newbie.
There seems to be a problem in traffic management in the Philippine . Instead of assisting motorist, enforcers seems to be waiting for a chance to penalize motorist.
Obey the law, dispute must be settled in court not on the road just like here in america. Apprehending officer will serve😢 the ticket and advise the person who committed traffic violation can either pay the ticket or dispute it in court. Simple proceedure.
These enforcement guys are too nice. I’ll be honest, here in the US, if the driver acted the way he did in the video to the police. The least he’d get is tazed. 😂

Bakit po ayaw ulitin o ireplay un cctv camera pag nagrequest un motorista, dun malinaw kung may violation o wala. Wla po perpekto at minsan nsa enforcer o kaya sa driver. Cctv at camera ang nakapag patunay.
When a stupid driver insisted that he has not committed a violation...it was clearly stated by the enforcer and repeated several times. It's just a simple apprehension but the driver wants to have it escalated more than he can afford to be in.
Just a suggestion po. Why not let the private vehicles use the bus.lane on edsa on sundays since i noticed that bus.lane on sundays are loose. On weekdays can pribate vehicles use the bus lane by 11 am to 3pm. It could be of great use by the private. And let the kotorcycles n bikes use the same lane
