I get so much happier in general this time of year, when the days get longer and brighter again and getting out for a run or a bike ride in our beautiful corner of the country is such a treat. Keep up the great videos Rich, I really enjoy seeing what you get up to next.
Great footage, thanx for bringing us along! This is right in my neck of the woods and I very often include Rising Sun and Hadrian park in my own long runs on Sundays, in the better weather. I work in Cobalt too so that was quite familiar. There's a loop I also like along Great Lime Rd and around Forest Hall and down to Wallsend area. If I see you around I will defo give you a shout. Hopefully catch up at a Parkrun soon and I will come say hello. Not sure where to head to this weekend. Take care 🙂
@@abitrich68 Yes we're lucky there are some nice routes around our area! You know, I almost suggested Newbiggin to you! It has a ramp to negotiate twice with a little bit uphill after that, but you know, what goes up must come down and you can really make use of that downhill, especially the last 500m!! Maybe a new PB for you. Hope you both really enjoy it
