You don’t have to convince all 12 to believe this defense. It just takes one juror to question if it could be true or not. Just one. The way public opinion is going, I can see this happening .

But if the decision isn't unanimous I would be SHOCKED if the prosecution didn't retry the case, over and over if it comes to it. I can remember two murder cases that went to trial FOUR times after three hung juries, and they didn't have the same intense call for justice that this case has. This could be a long and tangled legal mess...

This entire case, from the police and the judge to the prison guard’s is a complete disaster. I’m not 100% for guilt or innocence, but the more information that comes out, the more I think he may be innocent. I just hope that whoever did this, comes to justice. And the right person /people are incarcerated.

I don’t know much about this case, and I’m definitely not saying he’s innocent, but there’s so much ch shady things happening in this case. And the fact that they were allowed to walk around with that Odin crap while working, is disgusting! I hope those poor girls families will get justice one day ❤😢

The defence have caused irreparable damage to the defendants rights, according to prosecutor Nick. Yet, Nick thinks its fine to tell the World Allen has made numerous confessions to killing the girls over prison telephones and thats not prejudicial to his presumption of innocence and right to a fair trial?
the prosecutor said that ra confessed via the phone in court and not to the press. Therefore, that does not violate the gag order because that information was conveyed on the record in court under oath.

Baldwin talking to a strategist doesn't break the gag order it's part of defense. But what if McLealand contacted said person and requested that he asked him specific things? Did McLealand get him to leak the photos? Seems strange that he went into Baldwin's office and took photos when Baldwin gave the photos to him via strategy discussions 🤔. Has McLealand self snitched? Why is he more bothered about fighting everyone who disagrees with him rather than prepping for trial?
@lauraann1 its pre trial, how do you not prejudice a jury pre trial by declaring the person who's guilt or innocence your to decide had already confessed numerous times? He doesn't say "he's confessed, but he is being guarded by Odinists!"

It’s pre-trial hearings in which the state and the defense go in front of the judge and argue about why or why not certain pieces of evidence should or should not be permitted to use in trial in front of the jury. The judge then rules about whether the evidence can be used in trial and presented to the jury. These pre-trial hearings will not be used in trial. If the judge says that the defense or the state cannot use or bring up a specific piece of evidence during the trial, then the jury will not hear anything about it because it cannot be used for either side to argue and prove their stance to the jury of RA either being guilty or not guilty. I hope that makes sense.
For laypeople, no defense wants any photos released; they will be judged by the public which is almost always guilty. 2, the prosecutor has leaked things many many times and has done so once during this case admittedly. I hope this man sues every contributing party involved with the state. 100%
I think he’s innocent. I don’t think LE lost that early interview with Allen. I think they knew it wouldn’t be solved and started grasping for straws. Witnesses gave different descriptions of who they saw on the bridge. The vehicle seen by witnesses at the former CPS building was not described to match Allen’s. The bar owner who knew him for twenty years did not think the “down the hill” voice was Allen’s. If the bullet did belong to Allen it wouldn’t be that hard for a hunting partner maybe even LE to set him up. At first I thought “oh just the defense making up scenarios.” But then he goes to prison and the guards got Odinist tattoos. Oh yeah, another thing. LE says that Allen said he was at the bridge til 3:00 or 3:30. No! They asked him were you at the bridge between 12:00 and 3:30? And he said “Yes. From 12:00 to around 1:30.” And I thought the older bridge guy sketch was no longer relevant remember that?! And Carter said in an interview at one point that no witnesses saw bridge guy that day. Then we come to find out how FOS he is!!
Only one witness saw someone on the bridge 'young bridge guy' there's also another sketch that no one seems to show a scruffy looking guy. The others probably did see Allen as they were on the trail he said he passed them if he was trying to hide why wouldn't he say he didn't see them?

Hmm, mixed feelings about this... I'm glad to "hear" he claims to believe in Richards innocence... however the fact he doesn't see that Judge Gull has displayed blatant prejudices is a problem for me... he sounds to me a bit, as if he wants reinstated if one of the current attorneys is dismissed! Selling himself to RA....
Someone pointed out to me that HE still has to work with Judge Gull and in that sense, he didn’t want her angry at him. I was also taken aback by that comment.
The judge in this case is morally irrehensible!! She needs to be investigated and thrown out of the judicial system. Her behavior is DEPLORABLE!!!! Let’s hope the Supreme Court steps in & removes this “judge” from this particular case & her POSITION. Her bias and negligence should not be tolerated.

Excellent question. Some people have pointed out how short Richard Allen is; that it should be possible to exclude him as the guy on the bridge by calculating that person’s height by known (size) references in the same video.

From day one the cops have said the scene was strange and stages and cult Like.. Im still Surprised Richard is still in a jail… guilty till proven innocent.. I always thought bridge guy was the guy who owned the property.. Also Richard has no background of being violent ect.. why would he do this. But only he knows the truth…

Personally, I feel like Abby was using other people/s phones to access an Instagram account that she made, and she was not very discriminate about what phones had passwords automatically entered. I feel like her relationship with an 18 year-old is creepy and he probably had her Instagram access on his phone and could see where she was going to be according to the text conversation she was having with Kegan Kline. This 18 year-old's father is the head priest for Odinism in that area. Together they resemble greatly the two sketches.

Two things; chain of custody and “science” that isn’t SCIENCE. Why was there no mention of a gun or bullets in the search warrant for Ron Logan’s property?
He doesn’t have to explain how it matches. He only needs to provide an expert that believes it doesn’t match. Then the jury will employ their own non-scientific method of determining which expert is right. It’s junk “science”.

Why would the prosecutor want to put the wrong guy away for this, and yes I know there are a lot of innocent people behind bars. But I trust the prosecutor has their evidence and it will all come out. If RA gave key details in his 5 confessions, ( not just "ya I killed them both) but key details, they got him.

Okay, so now we have to discard Liberty German's cell phone data, Richard Allen's parked car, being on the bridge, bullet casing matched with gun, bloody muddy clothes, and whatever else from the house search and his car. Did Allen confess or not to his wife? Then we have to somehow place some Odenists at the scene, when there is absolutely zero evidence of that happening. The video words, gun, guys, down the hill, have to be completely discarded. Bottom line, Allen may be innocent, but there is no way in hell that Odinists had anything to do with this murder.

Attorneys are not speaking to me, and i see specific parts of my own experience in whole, reported every day for the past almost 10 years, witnessing stories diluted, when all of the incidents are occurring as stories split up with stories. All of my story, in its entirety, is the truth and substantially historic.
