Jon Lyus from HeyUGuys interviews Richard Armitage for the home entertainment release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
Richard Armitage plays the character Thorin in the movie.
Plot: Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) lives a simple life with his fellow hobbits in the shire, until the wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) arrives and convinces him to join a group of dwarves on a quest to reclaim the kingdom of Erebor. The journey takes Bilbo on a path through treacherous lands swarming with orcs, goblins and other dangers, not the least of which is an encounter with Gollum (Andy Serkis) and a simple gold ring that is tied to the fate of Middle Earth in ways Bilbo cannot even fathom.

Exactly! Dorky Richard is adorkable. :-) Never understood why a lot of fans dislike the cardigans. I like them on him.

Yeah, me neither. It's fun to watch him and Richard together in interviews, though. Somehow, Martin's antics sets off Richard's gentle charm to great advantage. Heh! Not that he needs any help. ;-)

You can say that again. I hope we get to see more of him - and Martin- in the DoS promo tours and junkets. I'm kinda worried that the Elves will be taking over this round. Excited to see the "new" guys but c'mon...it's Richard Armitage!
