This just showed up in my RU-vid so I wondered I clicked on this because of being curious what famous movie star was doing in Tibet or listening of what he said or because of Tibetan Buddhism I actually was curious what he was saying, part of that because of being Richard Gere , HOWEVER, it is not different than you, and him. He was sometimes mentioning something about Buddha teaching but maybe yet to the point that the Audiences understand what he was trying to say,,, so I hope you Richard to do better next time Amitabha!!

That’s really nice to hear someone from Hollywood wanting swallow the read pill. Well, one have the conclusion that having money and fame are not the answer, so don’t waste your time looking for that... go direct to the path of self discovery.
Should the Chinese really change? For ages the Tibetans projected fear on strangers and closed their country to foreigners. Now they are forcefully confronted with what they feared, as do all of us who resist socalled evil. And they can experience what it's like to be a refugee in a strange land. How could the universe allow separation to go on for a nation that teaches the oneness of all living beings? The universe is always just. As Richard Gere stated: “The universe is only saying YES.”
And your answer is now to tell the Chinese what to do. We tried that with Saddam. Again just stay out of other countries business. Why is it Gere was against bulliying the Iraqi's but now he thinks its ok to bully the Chinese
