Quest Means Business traveled to Louisville, Kentucky where Richard got a first-hand tour of the UPS Worldport. He talked with CEO David Abney about the future of a company that moves 115 packages a second in its Kentucky hub.
@@noahpayton8639 James Casey, the creator/founder, died 40 years ago therefore that excuse is invalid. So When a company is profiting billions every year it’s time to give back to the employees who made that possible. There is literally zero reason to hoard all that money while these warehouse workers don’t make shit lol it doesn’t make sense. Amazon is the same fucking way, a trillion dollar company can very very easily pay out a lot more money.
UPS have lost my parcel and do not care. The customer service department is rude and unhelpful. At UPS the customer is a nuisance. Who regulates this disreputable outfit in UK?
Amazon is only 10% of UP’S business. Amazon buying UPS is not feasible and it would be a bad buy because UPS moves a lot of packages every day and it would only add to Amazon’s work load. But I see why you said that but it won’t happen.
