No. Siakam was there and had chances to foul before a shot attempt. He actually avoided a foul at least once before hand. I would even take fouling hard as soon as the attempt starts over letting a great player get that off clean. If he shoots 83, 85% from the free throw line, he's just as likely, if not more like to only make 2/3 pressure freethrows than he is 3/3. If a 3 goes in, it's just 3. And you end up where the pacers were automatically. Unless it's already coming off his fingertips, foul, and get your money's worth. Hack that shooting arm. But the main thing here, is he was there to foul before the shot, and not only didn't, but avoided it, which is what bought Jaylen the split second to get it off anyway.

Pacers should've fouled at the end of the 4th. You foul, Celtics make two free-throws and Pacers get the ball back and win the game by 1. Why wouldn't you do that. Smh.
