I really like Richards confidence - It's not too lowkey & it's not too cocky. His personality really fits him. When other people jokes like the way he does it's irritating or insulting, but when Richard does it it turns out to be funny and to be taken lightly LMAO , I guess your speech delivery, tone, and body language is a really big factor when making jokes.
