Richard Linklater: Moments in Time 

This is brilliant. Can't believe this has so few views. I'll be thinking of this the next time I watch a Linklater, still have a lot to catch up on.

I'm not sure what happened here, but this captures a pure state of Richard Linklater.

My favourite Linklater film is “Before Sunset”. By far. I can watch it 100 times.

Boyhood is my all time favourite movie ever just because those little moments like one day when they were kids with their father and mason lying to his friends about his first time with a girl and his first job and of course the ending scene where the mother breaks ((i just thought there would be more )) this line hits me every time . those little moments are real life

when i first saw slacker i felt that it is soo point less , then watching subsequent richard linklater films i've realised more and more of slacker sounds wierd ik

He’s made a few good films and I admire his belief in good, stimulating discussion to push a movie forward. But he’s also made a number of stinker films; films that are just forgettable and take away from the artistry he so champions.

Or you could make some shit instead of analyzing the work of others. Deconstruction is not an act of construction.
