This is one of my very favorite Richard Marx songs. His voice is AMAZING on this beautiful song. He was my first ever concert and I will always be a huge fan and supporter of his career. Thank you Richard for all the fantastic tunes over the years! GENIUS singer/songwriter:)
Omg omg i love this song, its my fave from Rush street...well i love Hazard too, but... 20 years later still loving those songs, i wish Richard Marx would make a comeback, i dont understand how he went from number 1 to nothing... shame, the music these days is crap.. fave line of this song is the last ones, "so i can finally get on with my life"
@nashmaere Richard Marx wasn't just 1984-1993 he still writes songs to this day and puts out his own music and has been doing alot of shows, you should check out his facebook page, I bet you didn't know Richard wrote N'Sync hit song This I promise you

@africanchick23 no we,re not together :o( , but we are talking again after I gave him the letter & stopped going to guitar lessons I didn't talk to him for a while since I didn't know if would want to remain friends, its hard everytime I see him I just end up leaving lessons crying, but they say god brings people into our lives for a reason, if I was brought into his to help with his self esteem & to show him that someone can love him for who he is then I am glad I could help

@nashmaere I grew up loving "Right Here Waiting" and "Now and Forever." It wasn't 'til 2 years ago (when I was 19), that I discovered he's got a long line of music just as good or better than those two songs. You should dig deep into this era's music (1984-1993); based on my own opinion, this was the best era of pop music.
@NDW85 I definitey agree with you!! this song is powerful, so full of emotion, and he sings with so much passion, intensity and beauty. Lyrics are stellar, too.I heard this song on a musical channel on Cable TV and I'm rediscovering it!! It should have been on his Greatest Hits album, not doing that was a big misake, that's clear!!

Its funny i heard several good songs by this guy but never really kept his name in mind '_' til now anyway when i looked up some songs of that type and noticed they are all by the same person XD
