Richmond park look really nice, lots of bikes, maybe a little fast and smooth for us gravel riders😂 Loving the "ride casual" 👍 and beautiful lanes.

Great uplifting vlog as usual Mark. I’ve been following you on the Chanel for a long, time. Like you I was a very keen cyclist until Parkinson’s destroyed everything. Your vlogs make me feel like I’m joining in on a club ride. I’m just starting to get a few short distances in again. Looking forward to seeing your new adventures up north 👍🏻
