I’m honestly convinced that there are variants of the OG crew out there in some form after the Die Maschine introduction. They made a big point about Sam having a Russian friend, a “late friend” and even Weaver points out how weird it is. I don’t know but I always got the vibe it was a now dead Nikolai providing that to her or something. Like yeah Sam and Eddy came through the portal into the reformed new world, but wouldn’t there still be versions of the OG 4 in the new fixed universe? Assuming it’s based on the world pre-dark aether corruption that is I guess… Would be cool to see Dempsey or Nikolai appear in a cameo or something in the new universe not connected to the new Zombies
I don't think there are variants of the OG crew in this universe. Remember, the reason why the cycle was repeting again and again no matter the dimensions or the universe was the mere existence of the crew.
Well you see here's the thing according to tag der toten Richthofen made the elemental shard with the souls of the ultimis crew forever dooming thier souls no matter which version of them as long as they existed so did the aether so Nikolai destroyed it in tag so the characters can't exist in the new timeline besides Eddie because he was a different soul comparing to ultimis and primis where Eddie had a life and was innocent (dimension 2210) so yeah

The Reason why we never encountered anomalies and such in the Cold War Campaign is because the campaign takes place before the events of die Maschine happen
I thought it would be cool if Arthur ended up being one of the British operators you kill as Resnov in BO1 because he found the project nova document to tie the game in together
Also, the fact that we are going to the pacific in the next warzone map, while at the end of the Forsaken EE Peck wants to go to the pacific. It’s funny how every mode is connected.
This little reference to zombies at the end of the campaign is the best thing about zombies in vanguard. At this point I'd be happy if these events kick start the OG cycle again cos zombies has lost direction since Tag
@@IceClawz. I think your right on that up until we got chronicles and the timeline, I think from that point they knew what they wanted and where it was heading. I'm not sure treyarch managed to achieve what they wanted with the ending due to the poor budget but I think they definitely had it planned. It was 100% more interesting back then either way IMO.
On the subject of CoD "merging together," I always liked to head-canon that Bo4 Zombies' ending of all the universes thrown into the Dark Aether included all the other Zombies modes' universes as well. IW, Exo, WWII, and Chaos, and I was thinking this might be their way of basically focusing on _one_ Zombies mode going forward with Cold War and now Vanguard. Plus, it gives the unfinished Chaos story some significance again.

Hear me out, the locations they talk about could be different round based maps that would come out each season, they could also use those locations with multiplayer so that zombies and mp would relate. Also since the ending of the campaign left 4 members of the team they could be our new four zombies characters instead of using operators (but they can save the operator choice for dlc of this new mode they made) I think this would be a good idea for them to go forward with and with what you talked about with the center of the earth conspiracy, that could be a cool, mystical finale map that they could do anything with creatively considering the center of the earth is some crazy place from what we’ve seen in movies and other things.
Round based maps should have been in at launch, and of course they’ll milk the shit out of reusing maps like Cold War did. Cold War Zombies was such a disappointment, waiting months for new maps, only to have them ported from campaign. Zombies is an embarrassment in Vanguard, there’s no beating round the bush. They’ve nothing in store for the immediate future of this game.
This is such a good idea, but Treyarch’s not that smart lol. I had the idea of a center of the Earth zombies a couple months ago when my friend and I were brainstorming some cool ideas for vanguard zombies

Its crazy to think that the end of tag created a singular universe where these cod campaigns now exist. Also, waw, bo1, bo2, and bo3 campaigns are caused by tag lol
It is a crazy concept but im not sure how i feel about it 😂 I miss when all the games were separate from each other. I would assume Warzone was probably a big factor in them making every COD tied to a singular universe.

The Warzone Pacific Cutscene, Projekt Nova, Arthur Kingsley, and likely so much more through future seasons. Not to mention the fact that Vanguard zombies is literally a prequel to CW zombies.

There is connections between the campaigns but not alternative modes. Minus spec ops in Modern Warfare

Honestly I made another connection. In the trailer the main bad guy looks at a picture of two scientists. The outfit they wear is the same one seen in cod WW2 specifically on the evil scientist you can see on the base game map. I forget his name.

Not only that but in vanguard the opening cutscene to zombies when he pulls out the picture the narrator says they already had scientists working on stuff and something happened causing the activation of the 4 artifacts von list has. What if in WW2 nz when we killed the god king it caused a failsafe kind of event resulting in the 4 artifacts activating and the release of kortifex. Also 4 raven lord's sounds a lot like the 4 entities in vanguard. Similar but different.
Honestly it would be pretty cool for them to find a way to connect the other zombie stories. They could also make Mephistopheles a god as well, considering we already see demon looking gods.
Lets just remember this isn't the first time Champaign and Zombies connected in Five the teleports are made of the numbers and when you kill George Romeo. As well as the numbers first appearing in OG Verruct when you turn on power

Not alot of ppl realize it but die mashine is the original map from WAW zombies. Spawn room (courtyard) and the pond are where the zombies would spawn from. D.I.E room was the spawn room in WAW. Then you open the door to the far back room which was the box room in WAW. Buy the stairs in that room, go up and now you're in the two upper levels from WAW and then buy the other set of stairs and poof! The OG zombies map
After, i heard the Projekt Aether part in the campaign i started to record it showed it to my buddies n went on a whole trip about how the storylines are one and went on into the zombies storyline for Ultimis, Primis and Aether storyline
If the Warzone Zombies story from season 2 of Cold War is canon which it probably is then the whole Zombies storyline is too and it kinda does make sense in the story, like Weaver being arrested at the end of Forsaken might be the reason he’s not in Bo2 🤷🏻♂️
A small deviation from one of your points about Polina being psychopathic in behaviour; this is more than likely a reference to her real life counterpart who after the war ended suffered from alcoholism and depression due to the PTSD she suffered. As a result, it's not a cruel action, more just a continuation of the trauma she went through in her inability to move past her pain. For her, the tragedy shall never end and she shall never truly recover from it.

Since Butcher is canon now (the event shopkeep from CoD: WW2), there is a possibility that we are going to see Geitskraft machines and the so-called “Raven Lords” again.
I wouldn't be surprised if Treyarch connected all zombies to the Dark Aether. Mephistopheles would make for a great Elder God, and it would be interesting to see some of the Chaos zombie types come back. As much as people hated them I personally loved the vampires, werewolves and skeletons.
Gotta say I like how the campaign is like the epilogue to the new Zombies. Sure the new zombies a bit lack luster but gotta say it's better than the sweatfest of PvP multiplayer and its terrible SBMM.
Milo I have a theory. What if the Black Ops campaign storyline is a direct result of the end of the Aether storyline. They reset the universe to get rid of the Aether and Monty so what we are left with is all of the campaigns from Treyarch, MW 2019 campaign, Vanguard campaign and the Warzone events.
I just found a radio in Vanguard's zombies that mentioned the Holy Grail, Thor's Hammer, Atlantis and SHANGRI-LA and this might be referencing future map locations.
Im zombies there was an intel which talked about being send to different locations to collect artifacts one of those locations was Shangri-la I haven't listened to all of the intel but I found that interesting

Maybe this vanguard team travels to Antarctica and sets up the throwback mission from black ops 1 where the ship carrying the nova 6 is abandoned and trapped in the ice?

And in allied controlled airspace where he wouldn't last long. And the operatives steals said plane and flies away with intel in said allied controlled airspace where any p51 seeing a german transport plane would try to shoot it down killing said crew along with the intel not knowing it has been commanded by allied oppratives. And let be honest here petrova being a soldier from the soviet union would for the most case try to bring back intel to the soviets and not letting it fall into allied hands just like what happend in ww2 where allied and soviets raced to capture german equipment, secret plans, planes, and intel and not allowing it fall into eachothers hand. Because it weren't allied just two armies fighting the same enemy and the cold war is an true statment to that. But seeing that both sledgehammer and treyarch cods and now going to be connected that just makes the whole zombie storyline even a more of an mess than it already is. It is strange to me that a cod developed by two different studios worked far better in terms of content and the game being playable without much problem, than a cod made by both said studios where they just copy and paste stuff from cod mw and cold war and yet makes and even worse cod game in terms on content and the game being playable with bugs ect... And that they charge a full price for an hugly underdeveloped game is beyond me in terms that it is even legal and that has the exceptations sunken so low that we the fans find this acceptable and, and now since New cods will be made by both studios there wont be any competetion and fewer new ideas will be made to the game, like when the devs of cod waw came up with the idea of zombies ect... now they will most likly do the same every year and 2 years with a zombies and nothing else. A reason why to me cod ghosts was great was that it had extiction something else than just zombies with a story and objectives, like we have every new cod now and going forward.

Well after the second mission in the pacific Lewis Howard confirms he has a brother fighting nazis in Europe, which basically says that Cod WWII is also apart of the new canon of cod games because we had Marcus Howard in that game also voice by the same actor as Lewis Howard
I'm assuming there are two timelines in the remade universe. The first timeline is the campaigns, where everyone exists but The Fourth Reich fails to find the artifacts and Projekt Endstation never work so they just live zombie-less lives. The second timeline is zombies, where The Fourth Reich finds the artifacts / Projekt Endstation works and we have zombies.
I’ve never been a huge COD fan, but thanks to HiddenXperia I discovered your channel and now I’m getting into COD and more specifically Zombies. Unfortunately I only own Call of Duty 1 and 2 and Black Ops III, so I like these videos so I’m kept up to date on what’s going on in the story
vanguard is 40 years before cold war and its stated Eddie and Samantha arrived around the early 70's other wise Samantha and Eddie would have been in there early 50's not early to mid 20's
I dont think eddie or Samantha were around in this universes WW2 as it was stated they ended up in the early 70's after the heading to a new world with no aether
They should put infinite warfare dlc after they do the warzone stuff I mean it would make sense there’s alot of multiverse stuff in these games so it would make sense
What if the ending of the zombies universe in BO4 had a direct effect on the universe we see now in CoD. The multiverse was collapsed at the end of Tag and now all CoDs take place in a single universe
This doesn’t include any of the old modern warfare games or advanced warfare, the only confirmed games to be in this new universe are, WAW, Bo1, Bo2, Cod WWII thanks to vanguard, MW2019, Black ops Cold War , Vangaurd and all Warzone events beside the zombies event that happened in Warzone and most likely every cod game to release now
I love the theory that richtofen and sam could show up, but we have to remember time lines here. it takes place in WW2, so between 1939 and 1945. Cold War takes place in the 1980s. richtofen didnt look that old in Cold War. maybe 40-50. that means that he would be at the latest only be like 15, which means how would he be able to participate in anything. it would be weird for a 15 year old to be working for the nazi's or whoever he works for
As soon as I heard the question about the gold at the end of the video (aside from all the possibilities for Vanguard in the future) I'd definitely use that gold to buy a nice house with property and set myself up for life and my future. After that, maybe donate some to charity and send a little to each member of my family.
The vanguard team can meet Maxis and child Eddie within the Aether. But that would still be a adolescent Maxis rather than the cold war zombies version. She graduated from Heidelberg University in 1973 according to her bio, which means she must have at least spent a good 5 years in an orphanage in West Germany prior. Similarly, looking at the age of Eddie at the end of Forsaken, it is also likely that Eddie separated and ended up in our universe during the 50s or 60s time period.
I dont like how they are merging the future titles together, it just ruins the older titles and we never get needed sequals like ghosts 2 or aw2. I have been playing cod since waw but now is where i say bye to cod

realistically the best thing they could do at this point to resurrect a huge number of zombies players, is revive the old storyline in a more expansive way. i mean they already have stalingrad, the best way to utilise that would be to have that easter egg off lead into a storyline relating the shadowman, monty and the forsaken. warp into the present day with the 1st dlc map, and then in the second explain how there were always historically light and darkness in the dark aether, have dr monty appear as the forsaken, as we know monty and the forsaken share identical character traits, but have project janus deal with this and explain everything, i’m sure craig houston could make it work
Theory time. So the game right after BO4 was MW 2019 which is where the stories started to mix in with one another and was a rebooted MW story as well with Black Ops Cold War retroactively adding big plot points that weren't there before.. So the theory is that at the end of BO4 zombies the Primus team closed off the aether and merged all remaining universes into one causing events to happen in a slightly different way because these universes now interact with one another
can someone explain why in Shi No Numa in vanguard we still having the hanging guy(forgot if he has a name) with his arm missing? I thought that was from the previous "story line"
Ok. I think you’re jumping the gun. Sam and Eddie were sent to a world where zombies didn’t exist in 1966. Vanguard zombies is in 1945. So this can go two ways. 1. The multiverse wasn’t closed yet (Tag Der Toten) and this is some other entities in the dark aether that Dr. Monty didn’t bother informing us in BO3/BO4. 2. Projekt Endstation reopened the dark aether causing the multiverse to reopen and the dark aether entities went back into 1945 to the universe specifically where Sam and Eddie travelled to. Simply to aid Van List so he can take over the world via consumption.
@@TeamJella You’re clearly not bright. Adding this nonsense of a Call of Duty game in between BO4 and CW leaves a lot of unanswered questions and possibly some retcons that upset lore driven fans like myself.
The strange thing is even if you discover an entire chest of Nazi Gold, your not allowed to claim ownership of or keep it as your own. It is actually an international felony to possess this gold, the only thing you can do is report that you have found some.
