I think this Richtoffen was brainwashed by the shadow man. The 2.0 Richtoffen is just more serious and doesn't want too rule earth but that doesn't explain his sociopathic and funny things he says. Richtoffen was funny and acted like this even before he was brainwashed.

@capperz412 The "oh shit" files are the lines the player character says when they're getting swarmed. There are also responding audio files for other characters' "oh shit" lines.
@BartolomeFilms17 A sound/audio testing machine. One of those old things with those little valves that you turn for frequency. With the right cable you can connect them together.
