Hi Rick, i have a similar problem. My PT tried Shockwave therapy but with no lasting benefit. Cupping sort of helps. Dry needling is being proposed. Do this make sense for the rotator cuff? I've been taking ibuprofen an hour before upper body workouts for the inflamation but I'm now wondering if I'm just making things worse. Thank you for any suggestions.
