miah moe Oddly, it’s somewhat similar to an episode of Doctor Who. Though the murderer is subconsciously imitating Agatha Christy novels rather than involving a mystical typewriter.

Needful Things is 1 of my favorite Stephen King novels. I've read it 3 times. It's also 1 of his longest. They made a subpar movie adaptation of it back in '93.

Lemons Probably just because of the pigment of chloroplasts. Since it reflects green, it’s less useful. An alternative mechanism that absorbed green and reflected another color would work fine with green, but evolution didn’t favor that system for whatever reason. I think I recall an alternate system that was purple. It exists but perhaps it was less efficient or something else prevented it from gaining dominance? Otherwise we could have purple forests.

Exactly. Surprised she never ran into a rave-looking greenhouse. Many use purple/pinkish lights because of this.

Green light is still used by plants, just not as much as the other colors. Like another person said it's just how they happened to evolve -- it could be anything from that wavelength not being as ideal for certain processes in cells, to the ancestors of plants just not having access to green light for a long period so they didn't adapt as much to using it.

I watched it, its a cool video, I like the animation. But the devil has traditionally been portrayed with a violin for a looong time, for example in folklore. I dont think its a reference to that.
