I’m willing to accept bad CGI since it’s clear this show can tell a good story without it. An absolutely unbelievable amount of the $90 million budget is going to cast crew and productions that isn’t in post or VFX heavy. One thing this show does very well as well as the others are the zombie costumes and the makeup and they always look genuinely terrifying and awesome in my opinion and so as long as that stays consistent I don’t care if the helicopter explodey scene looks cheesy or cheap. Setting and costuming make up for bad CGI in this case.

Because Rick being the squad leader ordered them to find cover. Its pretty realistic in the sense that they try to seek cover before engaging, because from their pov, they had no clue where they were being attacked from and by how many. We obviously know it was only those 2, but from CRM POV, there was no way of knowing how many they were fighting. Thus it was seek cover, identify enemy, engage. They failed in step 1

Nah it was bad writing the fuck are they going to run for like civilians to get shot in the back why not have one put down suppressive fire so the others can get to cover? Little guy was alright but Michonne pisses me off whenever she’s on screen

@@zerotohero7756 they were running for cover because they were out in the open and had no way of kkowing where they were being shot from and by who. There was no way for them to know they were only being attacked by a hobbit with fireworks right nearby from a single direction
