what good is sacrificing your health to achieve your dreams if you won't be around to enjoy it your accomplishments ?

I'm wondering if "altitude" may also be a factor as a trigger for seizures? I'm 45, and 3 weeks ago I had a seizure on a plane from Thailand to New York. I probably only slept 2 hours in the previous 36 because I can't sleep on planes. Sleep deprication is a huge factor, I'm already a little nervous about flying back to Thailand in November. I also was in denial like Rick until the flight attendants pointed out I had chomped on my tounge drawing some blood..
