Yes unfortunately this particular song hits a little closer to the heart, and some old memories then I care to admit most of the time. So most likely. I will still listen to this one in 2044 if I live that long.

What a great song. I sure miss hearing his music and sure wish he would make it back on the scene. You don't see too many artists wearing starched Wranglers.
I've known Rick since he was 17 here in Austin, Texas. He's had bad managment that's kept his career from reaching the very top. He's lost his ability to find a good song and now he's back to where he was when he first started out. doing state fairs and dancehalls. Sad shit for sure. But that doesn't take away from what's he has accomplished. Keep trying, son.

I was a teen when this came out, Love his music. While I still don't speak Spanish one of my favorite songs is all in Spanish by him and it is timeless

Please bring back real music like this. Rock and Roll, Country music, and American Folk music have all been dead for years. 3 of the most important Genres of American music have all been dead for years. And it breaks my heart. Thank God for old music and old music videos.

Haven’t listened to traditional country in years. Grew up in this era down in East Texas. Brings back memories of two stepping all night long, every Friday a Saturday night. Miss the real people, Texans. I’ve lived in Montana for 22 years without a visit there. The people here aren’t real. Can’t find any loyalty in anyone. If your genuine, people know. Hate you for it. I’m glad I was raised in a area in Texas that produced loyalty, honesty and the genuine article. My Loyalty know lies with Jesus. Best Friend I ever had. Sure miss real Texans though. But you can't tell what you future holds thats for sure. My heart will never change for her and I know same feeling on otherside. If it's ment to be it will be. That's the advice I can give you. Tell her how you feel and let time do the rest
