I don’t know why everyone has always made Ricky’s story out to be such a dark one. Every time I’ve heard him speak, he has always seemed like such a light hearted guy. He seems to have taken his situation in stride, it’s curious that others couldn’t do the same. In a somewhat parallel turn of events, I also left school and had somewhat of an extended soul searching experience. While in Australia I kept hearing, “Ricky williams was here awhile ago.” Turns out I followed his same geographical path. After that trip I felt changed. I also felt like I understood him in a strange way. Still do. You looking good Rick! Always been proud of you for walking your own path and finding your own happiness. Btw- your last agent JD is one of my closest friends. His stories about you confirmed my suspicion that you are and were a tremendous guy. Nothing but love and happiness to you. I hope our paths cross one day my friend!

Unc thank you I was wondering how Ricky Williams was doing. He was an elite running back in his time. I give him respect for what he believed in no matter what the situation is. Always wondered how his career would have been focused solely on football. He would have beaten the all the time rushing record easily.
