Just pay 24 hr a day hr 7 days a week for 40 on clock with overtime pee every time. That’s 40hr straight time and 168hr overtime. Been pissing clean 30 years want back pay!
got one word and one letter for you safety man. U PASS. ain't it funny that a man can have a clean system after snorting shit in the bathroom in about a week but it takes a month for weed? what are you really concerned with, safety or control?
@@jakewilferd6093 EXACTLY!!!! I've done everything but a needle. I can from experience tell you alcohol is more dangerous than weed. Just because a doctor said so doesn't mean them pills are safe.
@@phobiaone306 Hit my head right on the nose. I am a diagnosed Schizoaffective. lol But that's not the point here, which I do get as well LOL, i mean come on we're watching one dude talk to and answer himself through what, 5, 6 personalities? lmao
@@drewdaskievige754 Sadly many companies just say that any narcotic use Medical cannabis being one makes you a safety risk. Let you go and claim they cant accommodate your disability.
I used to work for a commercial plumbing company. We all smoked. Boss man said the insurance company was insisting on mandatory drug tests. We ALL walked off the job. He dropped that company like a hot brick.😂
The sad part is that this is absolutely true. My company is under DOT regulations. I am a disabled veteran and broke my back in Afghanistan. I'm on an arm length list of meds for pain, muscle spasms, and nerve damage in both legs. I operate a 95K Taylor 550 forklift daily. I can not get a medical card for Marijuana, that will do a much better job of controlling my pain without the laundry list of side effects. But, as long as I send in the current prescription, I pass the drug test without fail. If it ain't broke, the government will fix it until it is.
Big pharma knows that THC & CBD will do more then 90% of what they put out and do it without the side effects You got 1 problem but have to be on 18 drugs to combat the side effects. Do you think this is an accident, no it's built into these drugs on purpose Congress is so corrupt ( both parties receive 100s of millions of dollars from big pharma so they can keep doing this. ) It's easy to really see this especially now that medical prices are in most people's minds now that they can not even afford food let alone a co pay or worse full pay for something that they have to take for side effects for a needed medication that weed would take care of
Ricky said it himself, "Unless you'll be paying me for when I'm off this jobsite as well as when I'm on, I'll do whatever tf I want to when I'm not here. "
Hell ya Ricky that’s exactly what everyone in construction has been bitchin about for years …….well at least 40+years I’ve been in the trade.🤣😂😂👍🏻👍🏻🤷🏻♂️🤣
"Turns out I may have multiple personality disorder." That shit was great brother. John, you reaching into your own internals sets your art apart. You're doing solid comedy here and I love it. Thank you! I'm a fellow three first named and appreciate the sanity. It's been refreshing. -Eric Martin Daniel
Oh companies are all about efficiency, it's just they don't want to spend the money for it, can't come up with the ideas for it, but expect it all while following the safety requirements to the letter.
This is why in Australia we tend to do oral fluid tests for anything that other than a new start at a company. Newstarts always do urine tests because if you're that much of a junkie that you can't even stay clean while you're looking for a job then you probably aren't going to be a good fit for anyone. But oral fluid tests only shows about the past 4 - 12 hours of your life for most drugs.
Funny how you go drink a 1/5th of whiskey a night... everyone is fine with it... go home and smoke a bowl and you're the Fing devil. I'm relegated to alcohol until weed is federal now. Randoms a plenty where I work... I can just hear it in Ricky's voice though, "you mean to tell me... i smoked 2 weeks ago and it showed up today... and That's why y'all are firing me?!"
You should be allowed to sue a company for firing you for failing a drug test for stuff you did at home on your personal time. If they can use what you do on your off time at home against you then sue them for the 112hrs a week they aren't adding on your paycheck because you're a 24/7 employee not an 8hr a day 5 days a week employee.
You can sue anyone for any reason that you can think of bud. Problem is finding a lawyer willing to take that case, finding the money to pay that lawyer and your bills while you sue and the fact that not only is still federally legal but a private company can test you for whatever substance that they want. There are companies that are smoke free to the point that you can't smoke period and they will test you for nicotine despite it being legal.
OMG!!! LORE CONFIRMED!! Ricky is the owner because he is all the guys! He works so hard he is a one man company! Rosko, Bossman, Safety man, New Guy, Even the cat and dog are all him! All the other companies think he is crazy but because he can do it all and has all the skills and qualifications they just leave him alone! He is even his own Toolroom Tommy! No wonder he is the best welder! He has 3 welders worth of experience to draw from!
Personally I think the main reason why companies have the attitude they do on it is the fact that if a person is drinking alcohol there’s test to tell how much alcohol is in their system and if the person was impaired at the time of the incident but with this there’s no real time test to tell if the person is impaired it’s either yes it’s in their system or no it’s not
I love this!! I feel exactly the same way. Most of the guys I work with, all enjoy weed. We show up for work every day and yes, half of us guys enjoy smoking at lunch. After lunch we knock out the rest of the day with absolutely no problems or issues not getting our work done. Make’s the afternoons more enjoyable. If the company did random drug testing, 90% of the employees would not pass it.
