thank you so much i am doing a small show with my pony and we are doing a first ridden class and i needed some more tips and this was so helpful thank you!!
I would find a nice local show that has a novice class to take him out to, so he can see it all and be in the ring with others, Then it doesn’t matter if he falls out of the canter as it’s all for experience, Then you can spend the next few months working on keeping the canter and when you go out next year he already has some experience of being in a show ring xx
@@KarenBadrick1 thank you, the only class I could find at my local show that didn't sound too experienced is the ridden coloured? There's no novice class as such :( thank you though great advice xx
Please elaborate This horse was the perfect example I thought seeing as he was a young novice horse doing exactly the beginner level walk trot show that I was explaining about
@@sharibolton2271 I’m sorry but I still do not see what your getting at? I’m going over what to expect for beginners in a class for novice riders or novice horses, If my horse had bend and collection then he wouldnt be classed as a novice horse, and then wouldn’t be able to compete in this class I wouldn’t use my more experienced horse to film this video as then it wouldnt be relatable to the beginner viewer
