Love the ZF! 🔥 These sounds give me memories of when the VOs are still roaming around in Singapore some time ago. Glad to see that some VOs are cherished in the UK though! 🇬🇧 😁

Love it! I miss them because there are lots of Olympians in Hong Kong but they've all retired. The sound is so nice

Brings back memories of our volvo olympians. Wish SG has the heart of preserving buses. Hopefully they showcase TIB1238H somewhere as this is the only so called 'step bus' in singapore other than the byd c6.

Yeah it really does. Oh well Singapore is just giving bad excuses like lack of space etc, look at hk they have space constraints as well but so many buses are preserved

This engine is the Cummins l10. Sounds like the zf gearbox is holding gears

Oh ya speaking of Olympians I found out a while back that SCDF bought 2 Volvo Olympian 3axels (batch 3) and use them for training purposes. However they’re not in very good shape. Just wish that I could buy both of them and export them overseas 😭

They probably got them as a donation. And it's just for training purposes and not heritage at all :(
