Hey everyone, Welcome back to Ep.2 of our roadtrip out to the Big Red Bash in Birdsville.
In this Ep. we head to a waterfront camp near Dalby and a great Hip camp in St George. Along the way we ride a Giant Pink Yabbie and give you some very useful info about bringing your own bottle of sauce to the bakery when you get a pie😂😂

In December 2015 we packed up and hit the road for what we thought would be a 12 month Lap of Oz. Fast forward 7 years and we decided to create a video series of our travels to show you all what it’s like to live life on the road!!

I would prefer to pay an extra $1 for a pie or sausage roll and have free sauce, than pay 20 cents for sauce. It doesn't make any sense, but paying for sauce feels like a complete rip off.

My late grandparents owned and ran the Westmar roadhouse in the 80s and 90s. Spent many a school holiday out there- was a tear jerker when I saw you guys there

Westmar! My home ‘town(?)’ … my mum and dad still live near there (on a farm) and I grew up going to Dalby and St George nearly weekly! So cool to see you guys putting these places on a map again xx

I wish it was 17 degrees here in Northern Ireland, that’s t shirts, shorts and a beer out the back weather for us. It is the middle of our “summer” and it’s damp and 15 degrees. Great video again guys thank you.

Social Anxiety . I know what you mean Justin. I'm a bit the same way. Events or situations you imagine beforehand are never how they play out. Low expectations of an event or social situations often turn out better. It's as though one might put one's self in ' limp mode' to assist the situation. Love the vids especially when the whole family is there.

The sauce. Had a brother in law who was involved in the sauce. It comes down to a lawsuit where a child gets covered in sauce. Sued the company. They tried to make a better package but could not. It is not the sauce. It is the squeeze container that it comes in.

It is sad to say but the sauce and drinks subsidise the pies prices, at places I have been the sauce is free, but the pies are over $6, best to take your own like suggested or enjoy the "Actual" flavour of the pie..... Hey mate, what did your chicken pie taste like, ..... answer, nothing much, the sauce as usual drowns out the taste of ALL pies. And save 60c lol
