Hi Garry, I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed going along on my trip. I had a blast riding up to Estes Park and will do it again as soon as the weather warms up.
Hi Eric, Congrats on the purchase of a 2010 Goldwing. I know you will love that motorcycle. I also can't wait to ride to Estes and other mountain locations this year.
Hi Don, Yes, it is quieter than my 2012 Wing when I'm in Econ or Rain mode. However, when I put it in Sport mode it is louder than my 2012 wing and it sounds really good.
Love that city. Spent a lot of time on motorcycle trips there back in the 80’s and early 90’s. Once when we were there they had 34 closed for constructions about 10 miles E. of Estes Park. We could run that road down and back as fast as we wanted with no traffic. Spent so many times on TrailRidge Rd. I knew every turn by heart from the top to the basin. Even road it at night with a full moon, and had my headlight off several times. Don’t try this!
Hi Donfleebie1, Once the weather allows I'm looking forward to riding up to Estes Park again and having a buffalo burger at Penelope's Old Time Burgers.
@@howierides I envy you being in that area. I don’t remember too many of the restaurants there, but we used to stay at some nice cabins on Fall River Rd. a couple of miles from the park entrance.
Hi Mauro, I have the GoPro Hero 10 and I mounted it on the chin of my HJC helmet. I bought the camera mount from Chinmounts dot com. They have mounts that fit a lot of makes and models of helmets.
I love it! I bought it new in June of 2021 I have almost 5,000 miles on it. It is worth the money but at the price I paid it should have a comfortable day-long seat. I will probably buy a Corbin seat for it this year.
I noticed you put in mid-grade fuel. Is the Goldwing like my wife's Subaru where you COULD run it on 87 but they RECOMMEND 91 or better and end up compromising between cost and fuel efficiency by getting 89 octane?
Hi Michiganborn, My 2021 Honda Goldwing owner's manual recommends 87, and putting a higher octane fuel than your vehicle requires is probably a waste of money. For a couple of months I've been using 85 which is widely available in Colorado because of the high altitude. In higher altitude areas the 85 fuel works like 87 fuel at sea level. I might do a video comparing mpg, zero to 60 times, and engine sound using 85 compared to 87. Don't follow my advice because I'm not a mechanic. The mechanics say to use the octane level recommended in your vehicle's owner's manual.
@@howierides That would be a good Idea on the fuel comparison. Where I'm at in the Sacramento area we really wouldn't have any need for the quicker detonation 85 fuel because we're only about 25' above sea level but I'm kind of a tight wadd and unfortunately my 2017 Road King is recommended for 91 or better.
I can't answer that question because it depends on if you enjoy going on long distant road trips or if you prefer short rides. I don't regret paying the extra money for my Goldwing.
If you get a wider wind screen it will help shed to cold temp and rain off your arms and shoulders. Personally, I have to F4 Customs 20". If you are looking for a group to ride with, PM me or look up Colorado Mountain Riders.
Hi Floyd, I've read good reviews about the F4 Customs 20" windscreen. I'm going to purchase one next spring. Also, I'll check out the Colorado Mountain Riders and join you on a ride this summer. :-)
Hi Buahmed, I moved to Colorado last summer and haven't had the chance to check out the Honda Dealerships here. I hope you find the Goldwing you are looking to buy!
Hi terras iho, I hope that you can buy a 2022 Goldwing. What color would you get? A friend of mine took a motorcycle tour in Germany and loved it. That is on my bucket list to rent a motorcycle in Germany and go on a tour.
Hello from Harrisburg Pennsylvania 🇺🇸 I have a 2016 RT LIMITED CAN AM Spyder and 2012 Suzuki Burgman 650 can I ask why did you trade or sell your Can Am Spyder for a Goldwing ? is there a big change from spyder to goldwing ? ? By the way this is my second Can Am Spyder 🤩 I love 💗 wheels and whenever my. Woman ride I prefer 3wheels very easy to backup lol 😂 my 2wheel 🛵 Suzuki Burgman 650 is ok but if you are on a hill /small incline I have to ask my woman to jump off so I can backup 😍 any regrets ? I’m now just thinking 🤔 about a Goldwing DCT I’ve seen a couple RU-vid videos, any suggestions lol 😂
Hi Tony, I sold my 2012 Goldwing and bought the Spyder RT Limited because my woman had decided she would only continue riding with me if it was a trike. Then she decided not to ride with me even on the Spyder. I would still own the Spyder if I could afford both. I decided to trade it for the DCT Goldwing because I wanted a little more acceleration, better mpg, and I had learned a lot on how to do the maintenance from my prior Goldwings. The big changes going from the Spyder to the Goldwing is now I have less wind protection, it isn’t easy to do tight U-turns, backing up is harder, the seat isn’t as comfortable, and you have to pay more attention to sand and gravel. I don't have any regrets about buying the Goldwing but wish I had enough money to still have the Spyder parked next to it in my garage.
@@howierides Thanks 🙏🏾 so much for your honest answering my questions 😀 I really appreciate that , I love 💗 riding Both 2 wheels and 3 wheel’s lol 😂 and wanted to get other peoples opinions who has experience riding Both Spyder & goldwing I love 💗 my Suzuki 🛵BURGMAN Community as well as My Can Am spyder Community/ meetups are awesome 😎 I enjoy seeing’s all those Can Am Spyder or Burgman riders rolling down the highway what a thrill, Here’s a video of one of many Spyder meetups hope you enjoy my video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Lq7pQtN-kfM.html
Auto generated receipts are immediately sent to and read on your phone as a text message. It serves as a way to track your history of purchases until your statement comes in. It won’t ever matter whether there’s paper in those machines reliant on the staff to refill. Auto receipts are superior form of tracking all purchases as they are immediately verified by you.
