I bought a focus Atlas 6.8 in december 2022. I have had multiple issues by now. I got broken crank after 300km, screws for back trunk are twisted. Now also the rear hub got broken and rear rim got crack. The best part is that support from Focus is terrible even the bike is in garantie.

@@FOCUSbikes Official dealers are saying the same. Their are trying the best they can but have some issues with producers (in this case you), that have bad support.I have paid quite a lot for the bike but when there is a time to solve the problems the blame is from you to dealers and vice versa. In the end i have bike every two months on repair. Just say sorry is empty word where there is NO ONE to take their responsibilities.
