If the mobile home already has shingles on it yes if it’s a metal roof and it doesn’t have shingles on it. No, you have to put Rubber.

I would agree that we see a lot of construction crews that are not American. Sadly! Disagree that Latinos work any slower than American crews. It's the boss that makes a difference. These men did just fine with time and most importantly craftsmanship. Being said ... FJB.
