I decided to read it directly after watching a couple of minutes and I'm currently in ch10 and there is something that is sticking out like a sore thumb, the hero is afflicted with a curse and he is asking around to see if there is a way to deal with it but nobody is mentioning his class as an alternative, like a Healer/Priest skill to cure all debuffs and such, in fact not even himself thought of it and I was sure he was rather intelligent, like, the whole reason he went for [Evasion Healer] was so he can do his job without needing protection no? But he is disregarding almost entirely the Healer part of his job and only talking about the Evasion part. Healer apparently is a rare job in that world but it appears to be dog shit since nobody talks about it being able to cure debuffs and lift curses, hopefully future chapters address this and it better not be MC saying "Oh right, I was a healer too!!"

Leaves to get Cure for friend, takes so long the friends get a parade where he is and leave to get cure first. I get the idea is "bricked" characters working together, but his friends are suffering and he's off having fun when if he'd learnt Priest stuff he'd maybe be able to lift curses. Basically they want us to root for him, but he proves the King right.
@@jorienwachukwu466let's put aside the fact that the king is a sus mfer for the moment. Imagine you've invested a considerable amount of your budget on this summoning, and it turns out that 33% of the people you summoned are 1- idiots and 2- suddenly useless.
22 minutes in, and all the MCs problems are self made due to him purposefully communicating like a chimp. Has been told multiple times that a healer who has high evasion will be ignored, yet leads with that every time he meets someone instead of simply saying he has very high recovery, and a bit of evasion.
This is pretty good so far abt 25mins in but i hate how he only mentions his evasion points and not his high recovery points. Like if you want to join a strong party mention your highest stat then sub stat. He calls himself a gamer but sells so bad 😭😭
@@Eisaku2 Only problem with that is the bro doesn't even seem to really have that great an understanding of Strategy, Builds or Mechanics theory. He way over specializes by the end of the video. The king and the advisor already stated that 50 points is considered a grand-master in a skill so the initial 50 points puts him pretty much at the pinnacle of dodging already, not to mention his 100 in recovery skills that let him supplement that evasion with shields and heals but MC keeps pumping stats into the evasion skill through out the episode essentially ignoring the mechanics of the skill that render him nearly untouchable as is and the mechanics of his recovery magic that can make up for any short comings of 50 points of evasion and over-caps evasion for no reason. He's already proven to be practically untouchable to all enemies he comes across and has skills to handle the chance that he can't dodge something with shields and heals. He does this to the point that he leaves himself 100% dependent on others to do any fighting and is incapable of finishing any fights he is in as a result he keeps getting himself stuck in situations that he would other wise avoid with even a minor attack skill when hes alone and unable to escape from the situation and run away. He also never seems to plan any contingencies to address these situations knowing that this is a possibility due to the two glaring flaws in his build: he is still susceptible to status effects and has no attacks. He could put even 10-15 points into his weapon he gets later to let do something in those situations where he is alone, but he doesn't. His build is overspecialized and leaves him with two incredible weaknesses he could over come with just a little bit of tweaking but bro is dead set to dump all points into 2 stats with no thought to anything else. To me seems like MC is just brain dead and hyper-fixated on "evasion = better than everything else" while he's proven it to be a good stat he never considers that you can do more than just dodge and heal as a Priest with a little bit of build tweaking he could make himself nearly unstoppable, he's already nearly invincible due to his defense and heal spells of recovery and his dodge ability of evasion, just needs a way to end fights even if its slowly chipping away at the opponent, which he ignores entirely through the 18 chapters of this recap.

This one seemed like it had potential but MC is just kind of dense and especially the recurring schtick of him having trouble finding a party when he has such amazing stats by having him be too derp to explain or show people his stats. That and the whole doormatishness of the other guy whos a hero and just the general slowness and lack of pretty well anything exciting enough to remember as some kind of plot point or encounter that youd ever want to point to in order to say get a friend to check this one is leaving me with a very meh opinion of this one.
Yeah it is and I do like the concept, but the problem is he's an ass who seems to intentionally omit the fact that he has high healing capabilities. Makes me wanna kick him.... if he wouldn't be able to dodge it.
This is actually the dumbest mc I've ever seen. I actually hate him. 1st: He actively chooses not to tell ppl he has 100 recovery, which would've drastically changed the direction of the story. 2: He's dodged every single attack thrown at him, then thinks to himself, "Maybe I should put more points into evasion :0" At what point do you feel the need to invest more into evasion????? You literally could cheat the game by investing into atk and not get carried by everyone. 3: I'm so sick of all these Mr.NiceGuy MCs in every isekai. I hate them. They're so boring
1.The king and his officials are clearly corrupt, and he picked up on that. That's why he didn't say anything about his 100 recovery-to stay off the king's radar and be able to explore the world without being under surveillance, unlike the other two heroes. 2. He's a support class, and it would be inefficient for the healer to be the main attacker since all his skills are healing and support-based. To maximize his role as the party's healer, he decided to focus on evasion so he wouldn't be taken out easily. Plus, his evasion skill isn't completely broken; he can still get hit by powerful monsters or by being outnumbered, so I understand the main character's reasoning for investing more in evasion. 3. I don't really have a rebuttal for this one because it's your personal opinion. However, with there being a manga for almost everything, I'm sure there's one about a healer who suits your preference. I would give suggestions, but I don't know any off the top of my head.
It's nice that Floyd, Daia and Tina allowed Hiroki and Lusha to join the party and didn't write them off as useless as King Joseph and other adventurers did and hopefully they're able to help Ruri save Ren from the curse.😢 Thank you MangaCapped for another great story today and please keep up the awesome work and have a wonderful day.🙂👍
Oh? This is new. The cliche version would be that the hero is hot-blooded and would easily agree to whatever the king and princess asks them to do with a bit of flourish here and there into their words dramatics and all that. The heroes would then agree and the mc would be called useless and the heroes would ignore them while the mc gets thrown into who knows where. Sometimes the heroes themselves are the villains. This is rather a very refreshing one coz the 3 of them werent easily fooled

I am glad someone said this it got so annoying. I have played plenty of MMOs that have something similar to dodge/evade tanks/healers but come on bro got 100 points recovery and 50 points in evasion plus damage shield skills to boot, he then spends like a month in the world proving that he is practically untouchable as is with his 100/50 build and instead of putting something into magi attack for small spells he can use while moving or a few points into agi for throwing weapons or ranged weapons or even melee weapons he keeps dumping his stats into evasion even though hes already untouchable and puts himself into a spot where he can't get hurt or can recover when he does but can never end the fight since he is 100% defense with no retaliation what so ever. Bro is 100% a carry build as he is incapable of actually beating anything, he can't be defeated but can't defeat even some slimes. what a frustrating manga and really un-optimized build for someone who is supposedly a high level gamer before he was isekaied.

Its hard to feel sorry for this character. If he would just shut the hell up about his stupid evasion strat he'd have been in a party in like 20 seconds. Then we could have a more interesting story where the expectations of the group was subverted when he saves the backliner from a dangerous monster, or bum rushes a boss to save the vanguard from getting killed. Seriously had so many options but nope, oh yeah you dont need to protect me, I have Perfect* evasion
1:59:10 I wish the current stats were shown more often. 2:08 Starting Stats + 50 bonus points; Hmm so stats are: Attack, Defense, Accuracy, Magic, Recovery, & Evasion. Interesting that there are no speed stats... Also backtracking to 13:13 It seems that; Accuracy is only relevant to Archers, & Attack is only relevant to Physical Attackers. Interestingly enough Archers don't seem to invest in Defense, so they probably always work in groups & stay near the back.
If people keep telling you that putting your points in evasion is basically saying your dirt as a healer… why keep telling people your a evasion healer just shut up about the evasion part sheesh I’m not even 10 min in I think and the mc is annoying. Like how can you be smart and stupid.

Ok so this MC thinks he is a genius which seems true at first with OP healing and master evasion. However, the dumb ass as soon as he gets a lvl up puts skill points into more evasion even though he’s bricked when it comes to attacking. My logic is even if he’s going for that kind of build he should at least get some basic attack power to be able to continue to level his evasion if he wants it so bad. That way he doesn’t have to rely on everyone else for attacking.

Cmon man... its a game right? I really tire of Japanese politeness and obsession with fitting in, face, collectivism to a fault... In manga at least. In real life, it's fine I suppose.
Why does the mc always have to be weaker or get a weaker skill or get something that isn't really helpful for them. I really want to find an mc that has no rival and no power compared to him or can even come close to his or her power. I want to see an mc that is op at the start and its an actual character not one punch man style where he just hits them with one punch and they are pretty much either dead or on the ground. Its very annoying not finding a manga recap or manhwa recap with an op character.
That's pretty boring, no rival, no one compared to them. Nothing? Then what conflict will they have? Stupid relationship drama? At the very least OP heroes who one shot individuals are comedic to watch. But what you describe is an individual that doesn't need to grow, or have no reason to develop, or anything, and thus not a character at all, more of a plot device.
