My build is very similar except instead of blighted rounds I just use the RPG. The rockets now give toxic/blight fire thanks to the pax tree, so your single target DPS is pretty high. There is a mod for fixing wave that gives you four seconds of free ammo, which makes it nearly impossible to run out of rockets before you can use quarter master again. If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot. You might just kill the last arbiter a bit quicker. But really, this is a great build and a great video!
Ive seen that upload. Ive been working on the chill pill since the 2nd week Worldslayer came out. The more complete build is in TFMs discord with 3 piece flame leper and purple apoc AP gloves and boots. jayzs and TFMs is a great way to get started with it
Holy crap I've been running this build for a couple weeks hahahah! The only difference is that I use Lucky Jinx as my weapon at the moment because I got one with Stigmatized! I absolutely love this build, I've been trying to find a way to make a Blightfire build that's completely AP without using Blighted Rounds but I've been unsuccessful.
Been playing with the Flame Leper set with turrets over the weekend. Mix of bottom and top tree. Bottom tree for AP and skill life leech and top for firepower. Would like to see a firepower Flame Leper build from you to see if I'm missing anything. Lucked out with a Deathscape with Nikolas Revenge in the third slot, that thing is disgusting for mobs.

Sadly I must of be playing a different version of the game because I still get Blessed with drops like you. No matter how many hours a day I grind the game. 🤷🏼♂️
This video was awesome! Thank you so much! I am looking at applying some of these aspects to my ultimate freeze techno as well. I am also looking at applying freeze to a trickster build instead of bleed and seeing what that does. Builds I would love to see are new trickster Space Ninja and that one trickster build which uses two teleportation skills, one to jump forward and the other one to jump back. Great build, a lot of fun to play. I have been running with the below mods. For those saying it's so slow against final boss, it still slaps pretty hard. I have been doing 10-25 mil less then turret builds depending on my game play. That's at level 66 (975 - 990 mil vs 1 bil) Charred Lance: Mages Rage (modded slot) - like to try anomally enhancement based on my other mods, probably more dmg output. Just haven't got a charred lance with mages rage in apoc slot Resistance Breaker Violent Rupture Ronin's Amigasa: Arms and Anomaly Ice Ice Baby (modded slot) Euthaniser Robes of the Flame Leper: Party Starter No Resistance Against the Fortified (modded slot) To the Bone (prefer the 15% anomaly damage across the board since blighted rounds is always up) Waistcloth of the Flame Leper: Virulent Compound Unstoppable Force (modded slot) Shatter Gauntles of the Flame Leper: License to Heal (10% weapon dmg bonus and infinite ammo for 4 seconds is like having minigun once charred lance ramps up. It will stay ramped up between fixing waves) Captain Hunter (modded slot) Long Winter Snap Torrential Downpour's Footgear or Flame Leper Boots: Quartermaster Alchemical Mastery (modded slot) Bad Medicine Does Toxic Piercer still hit hard? I feel like since blightfire is a different status effect that it really doesn't have much effect. I've been contemplating Euthaniser and Radical Therapy too if those are worth it. One reason I took License to Heal over Radical Therapy.
Been running a similar build for a couple of days now. The weapon is final penance, mages rages, omen and for storm. Those status get my skills back even faster, especially if it's just a boss I'm killing. My armour mods are a little different. I don't use the NRAF anymore. I keep the set helmet, run gauntlets of the cannon ball. Great mods and the FP doesn't hurt since you are shooting so much.
my build is almost identical, except I have 3 things that are different. I don't use bad medicine, but rather I use license to heal for the 4 seconds of infinit ammo. next, instead of spending the extra 2 points in the demolished tree for more AP, I put those those points into exposing toxin. That way I apply both toxic and vulnerability to enemies I shoot, which reduces cooldowns even faster. lastly, anomaly enhancement, at least to me, isn't needed at all. I've tested it because my charred lance is literally the same roll as yours, and I found that adding another damage mod, or even maybe fortress, does more for me then adding extra weapon damage that isn't really needed. lately I've been using noxious spawns and I can honestly say that is my favorite mod to use for blightfire.
Really fun build to play. I have very similar version. For mobing icicle storm probably would help to do much more damage if you can combine it with ice ice baby for bossing I think would be nice to get to the bone but haven't tested it yet. But as mentioned earlier have feeling devs might nerf it just because they like to NERF anything that maks you feel powerful in the game and what is fun to play. Plus I noticed that many people who playd pyro switching to techno after recent 80% "bufs"
I’ve noticed adding Crit Chance has made it significantly easier to get crits when spraying bullets. I’d do that over Cooldown in this build as it’ll help with Mages Rage and getting extra Burrowing Charges :-)
Watched video, got halfway and realised I had similar pieces on my blightfire trash-clear build, just needed to rethink the skill/pax tree and yeah. Wow. Insanely good build. Main differance I have is I've been running an Emerald Chaos for more toxic applications but this crushes the game. Expect it to be patched out in a month.
If you get free time can you test out a Torturer's set pyro? I have been playing around with it and I dont think the set actually does anything. The area of the volcanic rounds seems just as big without the set as with it and if the anomaly damage component is working I cant tell as you spam so much damage on everything with all the burning and shooting through enemies that if it is doing anything it isnt much. On a side note, my erruption set gear as so bad I couldnt kill the final arbiter after the nerfs using the eruption build, but I can using a firepower build
FP pyro use full ap purple gears. Class tree up-mid. Use maga's rage and anomaly enhancement to gain massive FP, you can kill the boss solo in 13s, no need Maxwell's demon, it stack buff too much time.
So they killed my pyro because of too much CD reduction, not to mention the damage getting nerfed into the ground, and then gave the same thing they nerfed for us to techno. Makes me feel real good about the devs testing the changes they must have randomly decided to implement
I saw a few others use a similar build (Buzz) and I am enjoying it. I’m still trying to get more gear but my fear is, like usual, once PCF see the popularity, they will nerf it. :(
@@theFullMeasure well that’s hope not as my Pyro builds are having trouble with Arbitors so I gave up on my main. My eruption build is lacking and it’s too much of a pain to grind with it. Although Technomonger was good it was a bit umm boring but with Flame Leper I’m having more fun. Well despite only playing on character. Too painful of a grind still.
@@theFullMeasure oh and now some believe the bosses and especially Arbitors, had their HP and/or status resistance bumped up significantly. Perhaps even elites. Heard that on streams.
@@theFullMeasure Well this is stupid, they did change Arbitors in a big way. I can get my everything but these bosses I can’t. I’ve never seen a game it’s so much potential but have so badly made designs. Who cares if we kill the bosses in 1 min instead of 30s? At least people will play. I’m done until they change things. PCF can’t prolong a game with bad designs. They want to mimic Paragon levels in Diablo, sure, but with Diablo there’s always progression. With Outriders, you either get through or don’t or have to farm vendors for hours to get that one little mod that helps everything. That’s bad design. And this coming from someone with knowledge of the gaming industry.

Yes. as you progress to higher levels, the AP gear mods become less relevent, including NRATF and unstoppable force. you replace those for damage % mods. My more complete build with purple AP gloves and Boots are in TFMs discord
I don't think this is the most broken build as it doesn't melt bosses as much as compared to some other setups. I am hopeful this will remain as is because clearing entire maps, Expedition or Trials, is more fun over one shotting bosses for me.
Gee who would of known that by balancing the so called overpowered builds, they would create another overpowered one. What's next. Nerf this one because it's not what they intended. These devs are so bad at balancing.
