Fast sinking or regular sinking for canal?

You use the swivel on the stick shads but not the magic swimmers ?!

John Rich Yes. My Main point in the Magic Swimmers video was the rear joint issues and the stock hardware needing to go. Swivels are of course a great option for Magic Swimmers too. Thanks for watching!

It’s not so much the water pressure that pulls the hook or the hanger, but the leverage against the side of the fish’s head or jaw. Think of the hook as your connection point and the plug as a pry bar

Try adding a bucktail flag(no hook) or a willow leaf spinner blade for added attraction to the tail hanger, it won't foul the belly hook. Try it, it's all about being seen!

Sure thing! Before doing the above method I used to run a bucktail tied Siwash on the back. Adding the Bucktail trailer to the rear joint is perfect! Have seen guys doing very well with that. Thanks for the suggestion and comment. Love these lures!

How do you trust the cut treble over traditional ????

Slow burn_172 I have never had an issue with them. It takes a tremendous amount of force to reopen. The reason for using the cut is that the additional split ring I find makes it a little too long ( my personal preference). So it may swing over and fowel with the line.
