That is great. I have a buddy whose grandpa played with Bob. His name was Wade Peeler. Ive met many Texas Playboys back when I going to the Bob Wills day in Turkey. Miss them ole days, but, still listen to their great music.

"Stay all night, Stay a little longer, Dance all night, dance a little longer, pull off your coat, throw it in the corner, don't see why you don't stay a little longer" lol You should listen to the song "Who'll Buy The Wine" by Charlie Walker, my father plays the fiddle on it..He was sure one of the many great fiddle and lead guitar players, He could play the heck out of Orange Blossom Special. I got my talents from him.

Sheesh, that’s the last thing they need.

It's hard to put into words just how overwhelmed with respect I was when I first listened to this. During the bass solo, what struck me was not only how perfect Joey's chord voicings were, but that he literally was a snare drum. When a guitarist fully covers all four beats of a tune like this, there is neither the need for or the room for a drummer. Even at this fast pace, the artistry of this man's playing just shines. Respectfully disagree on this point but I think we all agree we are witnessing what happens when a player is so proficient that music just uses him like a conduit. Hat's off to these gentlemen.
