Sir, I am 42 yrs old having dietetis from the last 1 yr. I was undergoing RCT from the last yr & Bz of Lockdown my treatment was stopped. Now again i started the treatment but fus was observed by the dr in the tooth. Now it is removed & calcium hydrochloride is put into the tooth. Now Its paining severely. I took zerodol but its not that much effective. So i took ketorolac 10mg. It gives reliefs for 3 hrs only.Again it starts paining. Now dr has given Tab. Clavum 625 &tab. Metrogyl 400. Pl suggest painkiller.

@sai dental vlogs I’ve osmf as told by dr. Currently I’m taking A to Z tablets, 2 fingers mouth opening, earlier I use to have rajnigandha without tobacco as mouth freshener after smoking. But now have quit rajnigandha, and not having rajnigandha from past 4 month, but smoking cigarette is still on. So just wanted to know that does smoking increases osmf. And should I start taking oxitard for osmf and for mouth opening. And also need your guidance for ice cream stick exercise like how many times should I’ve to do the exercise in a day and timing to do the exercise like for 5 min or more. Burning is also there if I eat enough spicy food and minimal burning in less spicy food. But there’s no dryness in mouth.
Yes ciggerate s harmful for u..... strictly don't take any form of tobacco including ciggerate.......osmf s a precancerous condition.......if precaution s not taken it may get converted into cancer.........apply candid mouth gel half hr before food.....uske baad u eat , burning kum ho jaiegi.........apply kenacort tab in affected area rest of the time, especially before sleeping......take cap s.m fibro ,two times daily,for one month................for exercise purchase 1 packet good quality thick balloon and blow it with full pressure, daily fifteen min n mng n evening......or u can also blow shankha we use in pujas.............but most imp s precautions........eat ample salads like tomato,carrots........have less spicy food.........it's a bit lengthy treatment but will surely help if followed correctly...............hope it helps
