Thank you so much 🙏🏻 But one humble suggestion: Request you next time please remove background music so that speech is more clear for us even if there’s noise around listeners. This thorough knowledge stream should flow naturally without distractions. It’s hampering your podcast.

Very well explained but I have a doubt is it enough to be in calorie deficit to lose fat ?Should I have to increase protein also?I mean having protein less than 20% and having more carbs?I am a vegetarian I am unable to get enough protein without increasing carbs as all vegetarian sources of protein have more carbs except for dairy products and soy.Please clarify
