Righteous Anger - Dr. Adrian Rogers 

Amen. Profound. So many need to hear this. Faults finding is not one of the fruits of the Spirit. So many think judging in a condemning way is Spiritual. Romans 2. Inexcusable O man.

Every time I see this Preacher I first hit the thumbs-up because I have yet to hear him say Anything that's against GOD'S Word 👍🏽👌👏🏼🙌🏽👐🏽

I'm amazing how this pops up, I'm angry at the sin of my father and he cannot stop his alcohol addiction and get help, I wish he would, also come to God, there's so much sin that comes with his addiction and denying Christ, he can't be there for my sister and I righteously, I always pray for him, we can't see eye to eye, he is lost in sin, God bless everyone

Amen! One of the only preachers I have ever heard say these things about anger. I’ll speak for the Baptist Church here as I do not know about other denominations. Baptists have started teaching that any anger means you are in the flesh and not showing love. That people is nothing less than false teaching and is a control tactic. We are actually commanded to be angry. As Adrian Rogers has read here. 😢An emotionless religion is a dead religion. How many of you have been angry with your child but still love them? Did you chastise them because you were angry? No it was because you love them and want the best for them. Baptists say any anger whatsoever is sin. You are supposed to live as an automaton. Christ showed emotion and so can we. Preachers that cannot handle a show of emotion are in the wrong line of work.

My heart grieves for all those children involved in this dysfunctional situation where adults are living for their own pleasure and not modeling godly family and godly parents. 😨😓 That's why people in my country India don't take christianity seriously, they see christianity as a joke in which people are free to sin. 😨😓 As soon as you mentioned Holy spirit led me to 1 Corinthians 5 😨 and I know what Holy spirit was convicting me 😨😓 'not to be in fellowship with fornicators', I'm so sad 😓 this is happening, being a baby believer and not from christian locality is so hard, I easily get deceived. 😓 This is truly perilous time we live in where good is evil and evil is good. 😓 Righteous anger is judged as hatred, and righteous discipline is accused as being unloving. 😨😓 It's so heartbreaking. 😨 And how much time one can stay hiding the truth. One day or the other the truth will come out. 😓 The Bible is so wonderful, Jesus suffered so much on the cross for us, why christians live their life in such manner that doesn't glorifies Him. 😫 I repented for my wrong choices and not being mindful of whom I'm fellowshipping with and following. 😨 Thank you. And Jesus made a whip and cleared the temple. People say he didn't hit anyone. So these people ran out of the temple because they didn't see other people getting hit. My earthly father hit me with a belt, but he didn't hate me he may have been angry at me. Same with Jesus, he didn't hate them.

How can a man that is fallen like we all are be angry at sin but not the sinner if you have been wronged by the sinner personally? It seems impossible not to be angry at someone who's done you a great evil.

I say to people who say that WWJD means tearing up public places of worship and throwing tables, that you also have to remember that it was the SON OF GOD who did those things. "My house will be called a house of prayer but you are making it a den of robbers" (Matthew 21:13), Jesus said. It is vital to always remember that "vengeance is Mine, says the LORD" (Romans 12:19) and "there is only one Lawgiver and Judge" (James 4:12). EDIT: As a follow-up, you also have to remember the context of this verse that Adrian Rogers is quoting. "Be angry, and yet do not sin; *do not let the sun go down on your anger* ". In other words, let it out and forget about it when you go to sleep. Greet each day with thanksgiving and opportunity, not grudges or resentment.

Something that really angers me is Hazbin Hotel. I was tricked into thinking the Doom guy was in there, unfortunately he wasn't. As someone who has struggled with pornography and being delivered from that through Jesus, I have a burning anger toward things similar if not related to it. Count my example, Hazbin Hotel, my friend described it as "soft-core porn" and the first 3 minutes of the stuff I want to unsee is legit to his claim. I pray for those people working at Fizzypop that maybe they steer away from this and focus on something else like The Amazing Digital Circus. God gave us the ability to feel anger. He also gave us the ability to feel fear. However, it says in the Bible that it is okay to feel angry, just don't sin.
