And this is the CO2 blasting tube.
Take the CO2 blasting tube and power cord to the blasting site, insert the blasting tube into the drill hole and fix it, and connect the power supply. When the micro-current passes through the high heat-conducting rod, a high-temperature breakdown of the safety film is generated, and the liquid CO2 is vaporized instantly, and the rapid expansion generates a high-pressure shock wave, which automatically opens the pressure relief valve, and the blasted objects or accumulations are rapidly propelled outward by the geometric equivalent shock wave. , the whole process from detonation to completion only takes 0.4 milliseconds, and it operates at low temperature. It does not blend with the liquid and gas in the surrounding environment, does not produce any harmful gas, does not produce arcs and electric sparks, and is not subject to high temperature, high heat, and high humidity. , Alpine influence.
Assembly of CO2 rock blasting equipment:
1. Check whether the holes at both ends of the main pipe of the carbon dioxide blasting equipment and the threads of the inflation head and the energy release head are intact to prevent air leakage. Use compressed air to clean the threads and bores at both ends of the main pipe.
2. Apply engine oil to the rupture piece and put it into the main pipe (differentiate the inner diameter of the main pipe, install the rupture piece and energy release head in the small hole, install the cracker and the inflation head in the large hole).
3. The short wire on the rupture piece is connected to the energy-discharging head, and the energy-discharging head is installed. Use a multimeter to measure whether the terminal post of the energy dissipation head is connected to the main pipe wall, and if there is no conduction, it is qualified.
4. First connect the cracker to the long wire of the rupture disc, then apply engine oil on the copper disc of the cracker, put it into the main pipe and install the inflation head.
5. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the inflation head and the energy discharge head
6. Tighten the inflation head and energy release head on the automatic hydraulic tightening machine. It can also be tightened with a pneumatic card tube wrench.
7. Use an ohmmeter to check again whether the resistance value between the inflation head and the energy discharge head is normal. Check whether the rupture piece and the pipe wall are normal. Before the test, touch the test pen to avoid static electricity and cause accidents.
