@@MostlyAnimatedSketches Things are *weird* in Rim Tim Timmyville. Seriously, though, it's almost,,, like they both don't remember Jon being gone? Maybe this is just a oneoff joke thing that I'm turning into a big deal, but it's really weird, right? I'm not alone in thinking it's weird?
I was just thinking the whole time; if Jon recorded himself and then they cut and pasted each view of their footage onto one screen it would probably not look like Jon was pressing pause and play rapidly on a youtube video.
I don't know if this was a bit or not but if you guys actually want it to switch to showing whoever is talking fullscreen, you can change the view from gallery view to speaker view I think.
I know a lot of this was said in jest, but here's a brief explanation if you care for it, re: the internet being slow. It's a limit on the hardware in that the routers and switches (the things that tell your data where to go and how to get to you) are being overwhelmed with the increased traffic, especially since now many people are using data intensive applications such as streaming/web conferencing. Basically there aren't enough computers "out there" "in the internet" to handle all the demand. Services themselves may also get overwhelmed. For example, you might try to access a website, but too many people are also trying to access that website at once and so the service's servers will not be able to handle all the requests. "They're" working on it, aka services, internet providers, and governments are trying to mitigate this by changing how data intensive their services are. Not much can be done about the hardware short term. The internet is actually quite good at handling stress (many connections set up are redundant in "the internet" so that if one route is congested, data can still take another route to get to its destination), but even that has its limits. Plus, it's not as if we should have been expecting a pandemic, so it's reasonable that the internet should be slow seeing as this is an unprecedented spike in traffic because of people working from home, students taking classes from home, and people generally having more free time than usual to use the internet.
“A revolutions over”. Me, here in 2021. I wouldn’t be so sure about that… seriously it’s so weird watching this nearly a year later and WE’RE STILL HERE
this is so funny because i was just watching the first kingsman movie last night, where samuel l jackson is a hipster billionaire with a lisp and he plays the villain lmao
I definitely get what you’re saying about Cancel Culture, but Kevin Spacey is different. He didn’t just say some shit that people didn’t like or whatever, he sexually abused more then 15 people and a good chunk of them were Children. It’s not about people holding on to shit, he’s a literal danger to society and no pandemic changes that
To answer Jon’s question at 9:24 , yes, scientists already are seeing an environmental improvement, I think the air is supposed to be 10% clearer overall, but I’m not completely sure. But in Italy, for example, the canals in Venice are completely clear and have fish and even dolphins in them now. Ps. I had a dream like a week ago that Jeff (not Rim Tim) was in. It was a scenario I don’t think he’d ever be in in real life, but it was really fucking weird and disorienting Pps. This episode was 35 minutes long! :)
They're only clear cause the dirt has sunk to the bottom and isn't being disrupted by boats. The fish have always been there and i believe the dolphin thing was a lie, tho i'm not 100% sure
