I would be very surprised if you guys had any sounds from South Central Bell, 601-232, 601-234, 601-236. Nowadays it's 662 and it's managed by BellSouth.

Oxford was in the Grenada sector of Mississippi. We didn't record anything on the ground in Mississippi but we DID call 2 places in that sector long distance from New York, so it's possible but unlikely we called Oxford. Sorry I don't have time to go through all the 601 long distance tapes!

In any case being S Central Bell it probably had crossbar ring or city ring.
