Thanks for posting this. I bought one this week & installed it last night. I overlooked the fact that it requires the separate component to control it & that device isn't mentioned in the installation instructions booklet. So when I closed the breaker, it set itself up & basically functioned but once it detected motion & lit up, it turned off after about 15 seconds even with me standing there moving. It wouldn't come back on for about 10 seconds & that's how it operates. My question is, does yours function light a standard motion sensor floodlight, meaning does it stay on while movement is in its proximity & if you move out of "view" until it goes off, will it immediately come back or does it "need" 10 seconds as I described above? I have a similar experience. As long as I'm moving it will not turn off but if it does turn off it takes several seconds for it to come back on. You can prevent this if you add an outdoor motion sensor to the group. It will force it to come back on.

Great video ! i'm not sure if you addressed it or not but my cousin just gave me this after he moved from his home . had an extra one. Anyway i don't have the bridge. Does it have a default setting without being connected to bridge ? I want to install it where i used to have lights outside activated by a wall switch in my house. In other words I turn the switch on inside would it turn on ? and if it does would it stay on continuously or if there is no movement detected would it shut off ? thanks
