Hearing this in person is a life affirming event. I did a templestay at JikJiSa, a mountain temple situated in beautiful forest and the bell in the evening is amazing.
Love this. Last week I heard the same bell from my hotel room across the road at 4.20am every morning. Jet lagged and wide awake. Wonderful food for the soul.
I love the sound these sorts of bells make. It is nice to listen closely as the tone wavers intensely, before gradually fading away. Could listen all day.
@@theBobSugarProject meaning, it is you who is throwing that interpretation onto him. Of course he is speaking for himself, that is the only thing he can do. If want cultivate correct speech or the right mind set, just observe your inner feelings when you read the sentence above.
Thanks for clarifying. You’re right, it’s my interpretation. But that doesn’t make it invalid. At first I want to say that if you state that everyone is focussing on the negative you’re focusing on the negative yourself. Secondly it’s (in my perception) arrogant and mostly just stupid to pretend that you know something about ‘everyone’. Furthermore I don’t believe that there is something like correct speech or the one and one’ll right mindset. These are just men made morals and rules.
🇧🇷 Very well made. Bonshõ, Tsurigane or Õrgane bells; once each bell is made , before being placed in its temple or site, it is necessary a specific pray for each of them. After the pray, during seven days, from six AM from eighteen PM ( not earlier or later ) the bell should be sound, at least, once in a whole day. After this period of time, the good ENTITY (spirit) or good entities ( spirits) will be attached to it and will answer prayes as long as the bell exist. These bells are made not only for meditation or peace, they literally, call the entity or entities attention attached to it. So, they will come from the upper world to listen to the people's prayers. The day each of these bells would be destroyed for another purpose, the blessing people asking for, will be slowly undone. If all bells are destroyed, the country certainly will suffer some major economic, social or political catastrophe, in which the whole world will know, because there was not RESPECT and CONSIDERATION towards the entity or entities ( spirits) attached to it to answer what people are asking for. Once all the bells are destroyed, there will be no more protection or listening to the prayes because people destroyed what is used to call the entity or entities attention ; they destroyed their way of be called, destroyed what was the spirits way of attachment to it.🇧🇷
Yeah because this is a bell rung by one person in a monastery while the big Ben is a bell in a big building of the capital of England. There is a difference, stop your ignorance and learn to be respectful.
Why do people hate Asian culture I know it looks very weird and it isn’t like European or Spanish culture but it’s still awesome besides European and Spanish culture could be weird as well trust me.
Good size of bell and log. Put a flat-metal round-cap on log Bell is convex-dimple like a soup-bowl Put a plant in between Use top 1/4 of log to strike See wood and think of hydraulic-press for car-panels and panel-vans
