Beach metal detecting 2023 using new Minelab Manticore detector. Huntress is well known boat Captain (Capt Lee Noga) and her numerous patents are based on science in the sport of recreational shrimping. She has taken this marine science and infuses it into beach metal detecting (reading the beach). Navigating beach for targets is more about the read (tide changes/damage to beach) than machine and the coil swing.

Hello my friends! I think about you guys. I don't hunt as much anymore. I screwed my right foot up, seen Podiatrist every 3 weeks for a year, long treatment. Inflammation is gone but the scarring now requires surgery and was told to consider when... *Sigh*. I am in love with Manticore, struggled with it for first 3 months. It has so 4 beach modes and 100 target ID....Nox was ez and 40 target ID. I put time in, learned online and light bulbs came on....I knew I out grew my Nox, I knew there would be no more updates. I knew Nox struggles with thin gold chains etc. Yes, it was the right machine for me. The technology in the manticore, deus 2, legends Noktra...helps compete with all the ppl in the sport now. I love my Nox 800 but I hit inflection point where I just out grew it. So glad to hear from you. ❤️

@@HuntressChannel sorry to hear about your foot. We are well, I have been using the Legend and am pretty happy with it. Kathy has been using the Xterra a lot and has been doing well with it. Kathy saves her Legend for Relic hunts. We both still use our Nox’s on occasion but probably will be looking at the Manticore or Deus 2 next 👋👍
