Todays ride takes place at the Brewer Compound. I had an absolute blast ripping with Jake and Jessie. We took the time to capture cinematic footage on their new trail "Ragnorok". I also played with multiple angles on my new GoPro 360 Max camera. Huge shout to the Brewers for giving me the opportunity to ride their awesome place!

Brewer is on his home turf, a lot can be said about his familiarity and confidence in how fast he rides. However noticing how he turns, when he turns, how he places the bike on the trail terrain with how when he hits the gas etc, that is what makes you faster. Seeing the tail as an obstacle to ride more efficiently that just trying to go fast thru a path….

Pete, have you tried a front mount with the 360? Perspective wise when you are in the third person you are locked in on the rider. A front mount locked to the four wheeler would show more movement of you relative to the wheeler. Probably took a lot longer to cut the video in 360 format too.

Hey AJ! I definitely like that idea! Just have to come up with a mounting system. All of the 360 footage in this video was more for testing purposes. I'm glad I did it though because I have a better sense for how I'd like to use the camera going forward. Editing the footage can be tedious but I actually learned quite a bit after this project so I'll be faster at it next time thankfully! Hope all is well! 😊

Pete, can you explain how you mount your go pro on your chin? I have a bunch of mounts but none of them moro for my chin. I’ve tried every other spot but the chin works best. If i need to buy a certain mount or something that’s ok.

Hey Payton, thanks for watching my videos! I run the Dango gripper mount, it's worked great for me but all helmets are different so if your chin bar is really thin then it may struggle to clamp on. Hey Pete been watching your videos since you got the 2019 raptor. I also bought one that yr new the blue SE model. Anyways I'm finally going to be doing the big 3 in a month or two an can not decide on what exhaust to go with. Im Stuck between the monster an empire or even dual empire. Was also going to have Illinois powersports do the tuning as well because of your videos an you recommend them as well it's only a couple hours from me. Which do you recommend?

Thanks for watching my videos! Awesome to hear your going to go to Illinois Powersports for your tuning! If I was to pick between the Monster or Empire I would probably go Monster. I would get the longer muffler though. The Monster shortys are crazzzzy loud! Unless you want loud lol They say not to run dual exhaust on the 2015+ Raptors because they switched to a single exhaust ported head and technically don't make as much power as the older Raptors do with Duals. The singles are suppose to be the best performers. However if you like the look of dual exhaust I say go for it! They will be quieter than a single set up 👍

I would aim to get the parts you want first. Illinois Powersports is a dealer for FCI intakes and they can probably get you one faster than most sources since they work with FCI regularly. The aftermarket intake will actually help just as much as the exhaust if not help even more. The factory intakes are really restrictive. Your gonna love how the machine rides with the big 3. Totally different animal. Jay can be scheduled several weeks out with tuning so lining up your session wouldn't hurt! Just gotta make sure you have the parts 👍

Unfortunately I don't think he offers the R5 for the carb model YFZ's but you can get the R4! Both pipes are awesome! If you have any questions regarding inventory and shipping you can shoot us a message on our website 👍

Hey Pete, let me start by saying another great video. Have you rebuilt or changed the oil in your stabilizer yet on the Raptor? I'm just wondering because I know we got ours around the same time, well atleast when you did the video on it. I've been lubricating it on the regular and I haven't had any issues (knock on wood) yet but just wondering. Thanks in advance bud. #SavetheSportQuads

Hey Tony, thanks for watching my videos! I haven't had any issues with either of my stabilizers! I've seen guys say they've put 200-300 hours on one before doing an oil change/rebuild. If your feeling like it's not performing as well as it used to then it could be time to send it in to Precision. They don't recommend attempting to service it on your own. I don't think it's terribly expensive to have them give it a refresh 👍 #SavetheSportQuads!

I have a Vortex ECU on my YFZR. I used to have a PC5 but upgraded to the vortex because it's so heavily recommended. I've had my machines tuned and worked on by illinois powersports. It's been pretty unanimously agreed upon by the community that Monster shorty's are the loudest pipes. As far as the most powerful I would say it depends on your set up but most of the top shelf exhausts are gonna perform pretty similarly👍

Yeah it’s pretty crazy! I’m still learning how to edit the footage.. it’s kinda tedious and this is the first time I’ve used it in the woods. Finding the right angles for it has also been a learning experience 😊

any one ever put sport quad plastics on a utility quad am getting a king quad and it needs plastics thought about ordering some lt250 plastics to put on it

Hmm it’s not something you see everyday. Would be hard to know how well they would 🤔 I would try to find some cheaper, used plastics before buying new ones incase they won’t work or you have to cut them up a bit 👍

Thank you for your feedback! I set the camera up in 3 different angles in this video for testing purposes so I could hear from viewers like yourself! As of now I see myself using it in drag racing type settings and I definitely plan to try it in the sand dunes! The trees make everything pretty wonky 😅 I won't have any of it in my next upload 👍

Yes the woods testing was interesting to say the least! It'll be interesting to try it on a track sometime! I do think it could be pretty cool for the dunes though! 👍
