What maketh a man? H.E. Anyang’ Nyong’o, the current governor of Kisumu County has had an illustrious career in Academia and Government. He takes us on the journey of his life from primary school in the village through to University. He speaks of the difficult times he lived through with his family due to political differences with the then Government administration, to his love for the arts which he didn’t get to pursue but his daughter Lupita Nyong’o is excelling in. He has big dreams for the arts and culture scene in Kisumu.

Lupita Nyong'o was recorgnized not because she was the leading actress rather the best supporting actress. My lesson, whatever you do, just do your best. As a curtain boy, Anyang Nyong'o mustered the art of the whole play. In life, Just do your best at your position. A lesson Learnt.

The president was smart to appoint him and he knew to do so. (Kibaki and Tom Mboya also wrote together one of the early planning and economic development of Kenya and Kibaki brought forth some of those ideas)
