It’s like the whole party has a case of hero syndrome, they create an absolute mess (in this case the division currently in the country) and then swoop in and try to fix the problem (that they’ve created) and act like hero’s and want praise and brag about their achievements. Politicians be like "Waaaaahhhh!!! It was so heartwarming that I almost forgot his MP’s have been briefing anti-Muslim propaganda to anyone that will listen (Patel, Anderson etc.) for weeks.
