I, too, clicked gear > quality about 7 times praying any option above 360 would eventually populate in the menu.

Played the earliest patch of this, really dug this game. I made it to Agony 4 with Zelos. Cant wait for future updates. Im trying to see how far I can get with Leviathan aka 1 hit KO for All Mode.

I was curious myself.... Nidus: a place in which bacteria have multiplied or may multiply; a focus of infection. So basically if you don't kill fast enough, they multiple....
