I was planning to purchase an H&L by the shoreline. Sabi ng owner, rights lang daw ang binibigay sa houses near the beach. Is this correct attorney?

yung contract to sell pa lang attorney, ok lang ba na hindi notarized? at sabi ng seller sila na lang magpapanotarized ok lang ba yun?

Tama po b Attorney na baguhin ang amount ng lupa na nabili ko , sa deed of sale. 95k po ang buong amount na aking binayaran pero 70k lang po ang isinulat ng gumawa ng deed of sale. Ang sabi po ay para raw mababa rin ang tax na aking babayaran. Tama po b iyon? Hindi po kampante ang loob ko para po kasing pandaraya. Ready naman po akong mag bayad kung ano man ang tamang halaga na nararapat ibayad.

Goodday attorney wat if nabili ko lang po ung portion of land na mana ng mother ko.nabili ko po sa mother ko.pero ung pinaka mother title po ay hawak pa po ng ibang hiers and may copy lang po ako ng estate tax.paano ko po un mapapa lagyan ng title.

panu po atty. Kong wala pang tax dec. nd pa nagbabayad nang buwis Kong bga un property is excess nang mga katabing subd. May geoditic n pong gumawa nang subd scheme anu pong pwdng gawin 30yrs n pong nakatira d2. pra mapatitulohan s denr

Hi!Sir ask po ako ng help, bumili po kasi ako ng house and lot at completo napo ang mga pappeles kasi dinaan ko po sa abogado ang pagbili ko, ngayon gusto kona po sana itransfer ang tittle sa pangalan ko,magkano po na talaga ang babayaran at saan ba ako dapat mag pa transfer ng tittle? Marami pong salamat.

Hi Atty I have a complicated land matter between an deceaseed seller and deceased buyer ( this is my father] May deed of sale document at the time of transaction but it was notarized and eventually they both passed nauna lang seller. What shoudl I do in this case and may I know how to correspond withyou more directly? Thank you sana mapansin nio ang comment ko. I am not Filpino Citizen since 2017 but I do come to Phil when I am able to.

attorney may itanong po ako. nagpasubdivide po kami ng lupa na pagaari ng magulang nmin. ipinarte parte saming mga anak ng mga namayapa naming magulang. natapos po ang subdivision nasa akin na po yung blue print kaya lang hindi po ako binigyan ng mga kopya na ginawa mga papeles ng abogado. tama po bang hindi kami bigyan ng kopya ?

Sir ask lng ko if we buy house and lot church convert to house exempted sa tax declaration because even they live here still they declare it church to have tax free...

Atty. may lupa po ako sa Laguna na namana ko sa Mother ko (deceased). She also namana rin po nang mother ko sa ina niya ang saif lupa (deceased na rin po ang lola ko). Unfortunately, nasa pangalan pa rin po ng Lola ko ang lupa and I would like to transfer po ang lupa sa mga anak ko. How do I go about doing this? My mom was Filipino Citizen born and raised sa Philippines but became US Citizen later in her life when I was already on my mid 30's. I am also a US Citizen since birth kasi po US Navy ang Daddy ko and so as my 3 adult children. Would you kindly advise me on how I am going to be able to transfer ang titulo sa mga anak ko. Can I do the transfer directly from my Lola to my children? Or is it required to tranfer 3 times? If I can transfer the property, what are the needes documents and how much is it usually to have such property transferred. I have separately paid the taxes sa munisipyo namin every year for the land and the house (structure) that is built on the property. Are there any other taxes that needs to be paid? I hipe you can advise me on what to do and where to go to get it done..Thank you
